Under the impact of economic,political and cultural globalization,the collision of foreign culture and heterogeneous culture makes the native culture of relatively backward areas undergo great changes and extinction,which makes them lose their original development soil,and the cultural diversity is gradually weakened.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that we should adhere to cultural confidence,carry forward our excellent traditional culture,and strengthen the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage.There are many nonlegacy projects in Xi’an,but there are still a large number of non-legacy projects have not been excavated,and the protection of non-legacy projects that have been excavated is not optimistic.The research on the non-legacy protection of Xi’an is helpful to further improve the system of this subject,enrich the connotation of intangible cultural heritage,and provide reference for the research on the inheritance of non-legacy protection in Xi’ an,is conducive to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,prosperity and development of rural culture,and promote the economic development of Xi’an.At present,there are many achievements in non-legacy research at home and abroad,mainly focused on Concepts,Characteristics,Values,Conservation,Inheritance and Development and Utilization There are few literatures on non-legacy spatial distribution in foreign countries foreign countries,the provincial scale is chosen as spatial scope in domestic research,and many provinces in China have the research on spatial distribution of non-legacy at the provincial level,while the research results on spatial distribution of non-legacy in city,region and single category are relatively few.This paper,talking the national,provincial and municipal non-heritage projects in Xi’an as the research object,using the cultural ecology theory and sustainable development theory,spatial analysis,adopt literature analysis,field investigation method,quantitative analysis and space analysis method,this paper analyzes the structural type characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of non-legacy in Xi’an city,so as to explore the influencing factors of non-legacy spatial distribution in Xi’ an city.Finally,combined with the protection achievements and difficulties of nonlegacy in Xi’an city,this paper makes suggestions for the protection of non-legacy in Xi’ an city.The results show that: First,The distribution of rank structure of Xi’an non-legacy varies greatly,and the type structure shows the characteristics of agglomeration ladder;Second,The overall spatial distribution belongs to the agglomeration type,the distribution of each district and county is not balanced,and spatial distribution of each type of non-legacy project is obviously different;Third,There are various types of aggregate spatial agglomerations,including mainly high density core agglomerations1 Area of zonal aggregation1Sub-aggregation5One;Fourth,Spatial distribution characteristics of Xi’an are related to topography,river system,population economy,traffic location,history and culture.Finally,the present situation and problems of the protection of non-legacy in Xi’an are summarized,and the protection countermeasures are put forward from the macro level,and spatial pattern of the protection of non-legacy cultural ecological area in Xi’ an is put forward from the perspective of space distribution,that is,"The overall protection framework of the five zones and one core,and put forward the protection focus,ways and different types of cultural space protection in the cultural ecological zone.
