| Mengliang Lu,written by Wu Zimu in the Southern Song Dynasty is a note containing rich food vocabulary.This paper explores the origin of food vocabulary in order to help us understand the reason of word formation of Song Dynasty food language.It is also helpful to explain the strange and difficult diet words for the development of Chinese vocabulary history.This paper explores the dietary vocabulary of Mengliang Lu from three perspectives.The first part is to explore the drink part of Mengliang Lu.The words of "Mengliang Lu" are divided into tea,wine,health preserving Decoction and other drinks.For tea,the origin,the reason for its name and its later generations are analyzed.For drinks,the author mainly explains the reason of word formation,composition,taste and its utility,and its spread in the later generations.The wine part,mainly explains the origin of some wine names and its cultural connotation.The health preserving Decoction contained in Mengliang Lu is mainly to cook the food with some traditional Chinese medicine,and match them to achieve the same origin of medicine and food and the health care effect.In view of health preserving decoction,the formulation,method and taboo of drinking were explored.The second part is to explore the food vocabulary of Mengliang Lu.According to the category,it is divided into main food,dishes and snacks.The main food mainly includes noodles,porridge and other products,which is the main energy source of people’s life and the most common food.The main food words mainly analyze the form,the reason for its name,ingredients,production methods and cultural implications.The vocabulary of dishes is divided into fried,fried,cooked and cooked dishes according to the cooking method.According to the production method,they are classified into pickled grains,potting,brewing and other dishes.For various dishes,the author mainly discusses the reasons for its name based on its ingredients and cooking methods,and focuses on the interpretation of some difficult words,and explores the taste and evaluation of the dishes.Snack refers to snacks not for hunger.According to its shape,it can be roughly divided into cakes,cakes,bags,dough,pastry and other categories.For dessert vocabulary,it mainly explores its appearance characteristics and naming grounds,ingredients,cooking methods and production methods.The third part,from the "dream Liang Lu" diet vocabulary to explore the Song Dynasty diet culture.It is divided into three parts: first,the thought of paying attention to family,mainly reflected in the diet type and name.Second,the idea of health care is expressed in formula and production method.The third is the idea of seeking for good and avoiding evil,which is embodied in the naming of diet,the use situation and the way. |
