Study On The Coupling Development And Coordinated Path Of Cultural And Tourism Industries In Provinces Along Scenic Byways

Culture is the soul of tourism,tourism is the carrier of culture.Exchanging culture with travel and promoting travel with culture,the in-depth integration of culure and tourism is the key way to realize "1+1>2".Scenic Byway is a special transportation and tourism product.Scenic Byway combines culture and tourism closely and has leisure and recreation value,combines transportation value,historical and cultural value,landscape appreciation value,etc.318 National Highway is a typical scenic road in China.The resources,regional environment,ethnic types and regional cultural heritage along the 318 National Highway are different,and the gap between cultural and tourism infrastructure and industrial development is prominent.Promoting the integration of the cultural and tourism industries of the provinces along the route and Speeding up cooperation among regions along the route and narrowing the development gap between regions are in line with the country’s guiding ideology on promoting the development of the western region in the new era.The paper is based on the "integration and incompatibility" problem orientation in the process of cultural and tourism integration in some regions in China.Firstly,on the basis of related theories,sorting out the related concepts of cultural industry,tourism industry and scenic byway and the theoretical basis,and elaborating the current situation of the cultural and tourism industries integration and the mechanism of and coupling development in 8 provinces along the 318 National Highway.Secondly,constructing a cultural tourism industry coupling model,using entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and DEMATEL model to analyze the integrated level,coupling coordination types and influencing factors of cultural and tourism coupling development in 8 provinces and cities along 318 National Highway from different dimensions.The results show that:(1)There are regional spatial differences in the comprehensive development level of the cultural industry and the tourism industry,the early development of the eastern provinces along the route was better than that of the central and western provinces.In recent years,the latter has achieved catching up;(2)Although most of the coupling and coordination levels of the cultural industry and the tourism industry system have achieved basic coordination,the type of coupling coordination has changed from the early cultural lagging type to the tourism lagging type.A few provinces and cities have basically synchronized the development of cultural and tourism industries,the overall level of coordination and synchronization development Low,uneven regional development;(3)Business operations and employees are the most important dimension that affects the development of cultural industries and tourism industries respectively in provinces along the 318 National Highway.Finally,in view of the problems and key influencing factors in 8 provinces along the 318 National Highway,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: policy guidance,innovation leadership,market integration and promotion,and talent guarantee.The article is mainly composed of the following four parts:...
