Research On The Coupling And Coorination Degree Of The Integrarion And Development Of Shannxi Culture And Tourism Industry

The Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China focused on the overall strategic situation,clearly put forward the long-term goal of cultural industry development-to build a cultural power,established that the cultural industry should be developed into the pillar industry of our nation among all industries,meanwhile,also emphasized the necessity of promoting the in-depth integration and development of industries,especially when facing a new dual-cycle development pattern,the study of the in-depth integration of culture and tourism industry,has automatically become the hot spot during regional economic development.Since the cultural and tourism industry possess the reputation of "sunrise industry" and "smoke-free industry",thees two industries naturally have many connections,which have significantly promoted the deep integration and development of culture and tourism industry,which is helpful for promoting the high-quality growth of our country’s economy and promoting the improvement of cultural tourism industry.Quality enhancement is of great benefit.At the same time,Chinese government has merged the former Ministry of Culture and National Tourism Administration into the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018,which has broken out the administrative barriers to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism industries.Therefore,studying the integration and development of Shaanxi’s culture and tourism industry has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existed relevant literates,our research mainly conducted the following research:(1)In this article,we analyzed the internal and external environment of the integration and development of the culture and tourism industry of Shaanxi Province from four dimensions through using the SWOT analysis method,and made a SWOT strategic analysis matrix;(2)Constructed a model of coupling and coordination degree between culture and tourism industry,based on this,measured and analyzed the respective development level and integrated development level of culture and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province;(3)Constructed a gray correlation model to clarify the influence of culture and The main indicators of the degree of coupling and coordination of the tourism industry;(4)We selected six regions including Beijing,Jiangsu,Shandong,Guangxi,Sichuan,and Yunnan Province as comparison objects by using comparative analysis methods.The tourism industry development evaluation index and coupling coordination degree of these provinces(city)were compared and analyzed horizontally with Shaanxi Province.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The respective development levels of the cultural and tourism industries in Shaanxi Province continued to rise from 2010 to 2019;(2)The coupling and coordination degree of the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries in Shaanxi Province measured by SPSS software is 0.883,the integration level of these two industries is currently at level 4,which represents a good state of coordination;(3)The gray correlation degree between each index and coupling coordination degree obtained by using Matlab software showed that there are 9 main indexes affecting the coupling coordination degree of culture and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province,which are the number of museum employees,the number of museums,the proportion of tourism revenue in GDP,the number of A-level scenic spots,the total number of tourists,the proportion of cultural industry investment in the province’s total investment,the number of travel agencies,the number of travel agency employees,and the number of performances performed by art performance groups in China;(4)Through comparison with other provinces and city,we found that the integration and development level of culture and tourism industry in Shaanxi Province is better than Beijing and Yunnan Province,but less than Sichuan Province,Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province,and Guangxi Province.Based on the above results,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of Shaanxi’s culture and tourism industries from five aspects: government guidance,talent training,cultural and tourism products,integration models,and development environment.
