An Aesthetic Study Of The Myth Of Shanhaijing

Shanhaijing is only 31000 words,but it covers mythology,religion,history,aesthetics,geography,folklore,astronomy,calendar and many other aspects.It is known as the "wonderful book" in ancient Chinese books.For a long time,most of the aesthetic research on the myth of Shanhaijing has focused on the field of mythological thinking and aesthetic image,but has not paid enough attention to its narrative characteristics and aesthetic consciousness.In this context,based on the existing research,this paper tries to analyze the narrative characteristics and aesthetic consciousness characteristics of Shanhaijing through close reading of the classics,and strive to make a more systematic and in-depth induction and analysis of the aesthetic characteristics of Shanhaijing myth.The main structure of the paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces two points: one is the reason of the topic selection,the other is the introduction of the current situation and significance of the topic selection research,in order to prepare for the background of the times involved in the topic selection research.The rich connotation of the myth of Shanhaijing brings the possibility of multiple interpretations.At the same time,it also provides the feasibility for this paper to interpret the aesthetic characteristics of the myth of Shanhaijing from the perspective of narrative and aesthetic consciousness.The second chapter is the basic characteristics of the myth of Shanhaijing.The basic characteristics of Shanhaijing myth are the basis of studying Shanhaijing myth.In this paper,the basic characteristics of the myth of Shanhaijing are divided into two parts: Primitiveness and advocating goodness.The myth of Shanhaijing is the first ancient book to record the primitive myth in China.The Primitiveness is the common character of the primitive myth of all nations in the world,while the advocating goodness is the unique character of the primitive myth of China.The third chapter discusses the aesthetic characteristics of the myth of Shanhaijing from the narrative point of view.The first section discusses the narrative content of Shanhaijing myth;the second section discusses the narrative techniques of Shanhaijing myth from imagination,symbol and exaggeration.The third section discusses the narrative time of the myth of Shanhaijing,from two aspects of narrative sequence and narrative time.The fourth chapter discusses the aesthetic characteristics of Shanhaijing myth from the perspective of aesthetic consciousness.The first section discusses the occurrence of aesthetic consciousness from two perspectives of natural environment and mythological thinking;the second section mainly discusses the connotation of mythological aesthetic consciousness in the book of mountains and seas,which mainly includes three aspects:Taking the grotesque as beauty,the identity of things and themselves and advocating life.The conclusion summarizes the significance and value of mythological aesthetics research in Shanhaijing.
