Study On The Construction Of Farmers’ Subjectivity In Rural Cultural Construction In The New Era

In the 19 th National Congress,the revitalization of rural resolution as China’s important development strategy,rural cultural construction is the inherent requirement of socialist modern new rural construction,and has an important role in promoting all-round development of political,economic and cultural,etc.,which is a rural location.Revitalization is an indispensable key link.The peasant itself is the most critical factor in the continuous development of rural cultural cultures,so the subjective construction of farmers in rural cultural construction is the most critical issue of rural cultural development.Marx’s principalness returned from the theoretical level to the people itself,and established a political position with the people in the practice level.The Communist Party of China will continue to implement and develop this principle in the socialist revolution and reform,forming an excellent tradition of attaching importance to farmers’ subjectivity.With the development of the times,China’s goal of building a modern and powerful socialist country requires higher and higher farmers’ subjectivity.Especially in the cultural field,the current lack of subjectivity of farmers in rural cultural construction has become the most important factor restricting the development of rural culture,which is mainly manifested in the following three contradictions: the contradiction between the growth of farmers’ cultural needs and the insufficient participation of farmers,The contradiction between the improvement of rural cultural atmosphere and the single content of farmers’ culture,the contradiction between the improvement of the relationship between the rural party and the masses and the low independence of farmers.The analysis of the reasons shows that: from the perspective of external factors,the dual structure of urban and rural areas reduces the level of farmers’ cultural expression,and the dominant position of the government hinders farmers’ autonomy in cultural construction;from the perspective of internal development,farmers’ dependence hinders The farmers’ understanding of the subject status,the marginalization of rural culture reduces the farmers’ participation enthusiasm,and the cultural spontaneity obscures the farmers’ cultural subjectivity.Based on the analysis of the above phenomena and their reasons,in the new era to promote the construction of farmers’ subjectivity in rural cultural construction,we should start from the following aspects: First,increase farmers’ enthusiasm for participating in cultural construction,improve farmers’ spiritual outlook,and promote farmers with rural industrial upgrading.Actively participate in order to improve cultural quality and strengthen farmers’ willingness to participate;the second is to enrich the content system of farmers’ cultural activities and improve the level of rural social civilization.The rural cultural construction system must be used to escort the development of cultural activities,and social forces shall be used as a rich form of cultural activities;The third is to enhance the autonomy of peasants’ cultural creation and to radiate a new atmosphere of rural civilization.It is necessary to use grassroots party organizations to stimulate peasants’ autonomy,and to use government guidance to broaden the space for peasants’ autonomy.
