Study On The Rural Cultural Construction In Ganyu District Of Lianyungang City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Based on the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the process of rural cultural revitalization in Ganyu from the perspective of Ganyu rural areas,and on this basis,puts forward corresponding countermeasures to further enrich the theory of socialist rural cultural construction in China,and provides a certain theory for the revitalization of rural culture in Lianyungang City,especially in Ganyu district Basis.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are some problems in the construction of rural culture,such as weak infrastructure,low utilization rate,aging cultural team,low overall quality,insufficient supply and low level quality,copying urban construction,serious homogeneity,insufficient industrial integration and low economic efficiency.Then,it analyzes the main causes of the problems: inadequate ideological understanding,insufficient investment in cultural funds;imperfect facilities supervision mechanism,low cultural literacy of farmers;poor team management mechanism,insufficient talent introduction;single cultural supply body,disconnection between supply and demand;impact of foreign culture,inadequate cultural excavation;backward industrial management system,professionals Lack of resources,etc.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions,such as to improve the ideological understanding,establish a diversified investment and financing mechanism,improve the facility supervision mechanism,enhance the cultural quality of farmers,establish a talent introduction mechanism,improve the cultural service system,broaden the cultural service channels,reform the supply decision-making mechanism,awaken the farmers' cultural self-confidence,accurately position the rural culture,create a good environment,develop the cultural industry,etc.
