| With the development of social economy and the transformation and upgrading of sports industry,E-sports has become the most eye-catching sports in the world.In2019,the Ministry of human resources and social security issued 13 new occupations,and e-athletes were officially listed as occupations.In 2021,the Ministry of human resources and social security of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the national vocational skill standard for e-athletes for the first time,and E-sports has become a new choice for college students’ employment.In the hearts of more and more teenagers,they are eager to become the new and cool professional of E-sports.However,just playing games well is not enough to be a professional E-sports player.In fact,many young people quit after they really came into contact with the profession of E-sports.Most of the young people’s illusions about professional E-sports are due to their one-sided understanding of the industry.The sports interview film "E-sports career" is expected to become a window for us to establish correct E-sports values and understand the real E-sports world in the industry.The sports interview film "E-sports career" takes Sun Yang,a senior practitioner in the e-sports industry(currently the director of competition and training of Chengdu Ag E-sports Club),as the interviewee.Through his 7-year E-sports experience and 13 year contact history in the e-sports industry,it presents a miniature of the development of Chinese E-sports people.From love to join the e-sports industry,from an ordinary team leader to the club’s game information director,it shows the audience the real survival state of the practitioners in the e-sports industry.It is helpful for young people who love and want to engage in the e-sports industry to understand the work and life status of real E-sports practitioners before they enter the e-sports industry,and make clear their development direction.At the same time,it can also arouse the resonance of E-sports people. |
