Personal career choices and decisions are one of the most important things in life.College students are in the midst of exploring their own future,and specifically planning the "progressive development" stage that will be prepared before the future.At present,college students are confused about the future career development.Under the social background of employment difficulty caused by uncertain economic conditions,college students lack the understanding of their own personality and only prepare for employment.At the same time,there are many problems in work values,social support,career planning and so on.To solve these problems,we need the help from society,school and family.This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey and statistical research to study the relationship among work values,social support and career planning of college students.The results show that Chinese and Korean college students are in the middle level in work values,social support and career planning.Korean college students have higher work values,social support and career planning levels;work values have a positive predictive effect on career planning;social support plays a mediating role between professional values and career planning.On the basis of the above research,the following Suggestions are put forward:improve the employment guidance for college students,help college students to build the correct professional values;To provide social support for college students' employment;To provide more practical opportunities for college students,help college students to establish suitable for social development needs and personal characteristics of career planning.
