| As a new training method in physical training in recent years,trunk pillar strength training has played a positive role in other sports research,but it is rare in sports dance research.This paper aims to explore the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the training effect of young women Latin dance practitioners,so as to provide more development space for physical training and provide reference for Latin dance.The improvement of technology provides better training means and methods.Taking 30 teenage women practitioners of Xianyang kam ya Latin ballroom dancing school as the research object.The experimental scheme of trunk support strength training is formulated on the basis of consulting the relevant literature and consulting the opinions of many experts and coaches.The experimental results are analyzed through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.During the experiment,30 students are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The indexes of functional action,trunk pillar stability,special physical quality and special basic skills of two groups of students are tested before and after the experiment.The effect of trunk pillar strength training on young female Latin dance practitioners is verified by comparing the corresponding indexes.The conclusions are as follows:1.Pillar strength training can effectively improve the stability of teenage women Latin dance students’ torso pillar,enhance their body posture control ability on different movement surfaces,improve the imbalance of strength on both sides of core muscle groups,and then lay a solid physical foundation for the promotion of special skills.2.Trunk pillar strength training and traditional strength training can improve the physical functional movements,trunk pillar stability,special physical quality and special basic skills of young female Latin dance practitioners,but trunk pillar strength training is better than traditional strength training.3.Adolescent period is the most important stage of human growth and development,and it is also the sensitive period of the development of various physical qualities.The trunk pillar strength training can strengthen the robustness of skeleton,the stability of joint and the increase of muscle strength of teenagers,thereby strengthening the function of the skeletal muscle system of teenagers and laying a good foundation for physical activities.4.The application of the trunk pillar strength training in teenage Latin dance training can enhance the flexibility and stability of the body,effectively prevent students from ineffective movements and energy leakage in the process of dance training,It can reduce the error compensation and promote the effective transfer of energy between the upper and lower limbs,so as to improve sports performance and reduce sports injury.Establish the correct movement pattern,and thus achieve the purpose of improving sports performance and reducing sports injuries.Suggestions:1.After the training,the subjective feelings of the experimental group were investigated.The students generally believed that the training effect had been greatly improved after 16 weeks of trunk pillar strength training,but some students felt a little tired.Therefore,considering that the amount of exercise might be too large,it is suggested to make appropriate adjustments in the future training.2.Trunk pillar strength training and traditional strength training have effects on the improvement of functional body movements,trunk pillar stability,special physical quality and special basic skills of teenage women Latin dance.It is necessary to combine the advantages of the two kinds of training,complement and learn from each other,so as to maximize the effectiveness of the training and promote the improvement of students’ overall level together.3.At present,the theoretical research and practical application of teenage trunk pillar strength training in Latin dance are relatively few.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the relevant theoretical research and practical application in this field to promote the effective combination of teenage trunk pillar strength training and Latin dance movement.4.When carrying on the trunk pillar strength training and traditional strength training,we should fully combine the special technical characteristics of Latin dance,the growth and development rules of teenagers,and fully consider the adaptability of teenage women Latin dance students,so as to design the training scheme that meets the requirements of teenage women Latin dance students. |
