The question of happiness is a constant theme that people are constantly pursuing, and it is both an important theoretical and practical issue. In the long history of mankind, countless philosophers have studied the question of happiness, and people’s understanding of happiness has varied at different stages of development.Compared with the traditional concept of happiness,Marx’s concept of happiness is extracted from human social practice, the subject of happiness is based on the reality of people existing in society, and the exploration and realization of happiness depends on practice. Therefore,Marx’s concept of happiness elaborates and builds a theoretical system around the relationship between happiness and practice, which is attributed to Therefore,Marx’s concept of happiness is based on the relationship between happiness and practice, which is part of a larger materialistic view of history, which starts from the theory of human nature and leads people to a more accurate understanding of happiness through the realization of free and comprehensive development of the individual. This paper mainly examines Marx’s practical philosophical view of happiness through four parts. The first chapter is a historical examination of the formation of Marx’s concept of happiness, sorting out the theoretical origin and practical basis of the emergence of Marx’s concept of happiness,as well as the formation trajectory and textual retracing of Marx’s concept of happiness;the second chapter analyzes and studies the connotation and theoretical qualities of Marx’s concept of happiness;the practical theory is the root and important category of Marx’s concept of happiness;in Marx’s concept of happiness, the subject of happiness is the real human being, and its The content of the concept of happiness should realize the unity of subject and object, material and spiritual, labor and enjoyment, and man and society. After an overview of the content of Marx’s concept of happiness, the qualities of his theory are then analyzed. The third chapter is a comparison of Marx’s view of happiness with that of Hegel and Feuerbach.By comparing the similarities and differences between Marx and Hegel’s view of happiness and between Marx and Feuerbach’s view of happiness,it elaborates that the three philosophers have differences in their respective views of happiness due to the differences in their times and personal construction of their theories of happiness, and although each is progressive,Marx’s transcendence and development of Hegel’s and Feuerbach’s views of happiness highlights the advanced components of Marx’s practice-based view of happiness. The fourth chapter is about the superiority of Marx’s view of happiness and contemporary revelations. Its superiority lies in the change of the dimension of happiness from abstract thinking to realistic practice, and the realization of the unity of morality and happiness on the basis of practice.Marx’s concept of happiness focuses on the happiness of all human beings, without focusing solely on personal enjoyment, transcending materialism, hedonism and individualism, and has good guidance for contemporary people to establish and pursue a correct concept of happiness, which is people-oriented,devotion-oriented,development-oriented and practice-oriented,with the value of achieving the happiness of all human beings as the pursuit. Therefore,an in-depth study of Marx’s concept of happiness is conducive to people’s understanding of the connotation and true meaning of happiness, and is of great significance and value in promoting the development of human society and realizing people’s happy lives.
