A Study On The Development Of Red Tourism From The Perspective Of Public Management ——A Case Study Of Yihai In Mianning County

Due to the history of Chinese great revival in modern times,it has created widespread and rich red tourism resources,and endowed it with unique and far-reaching significance and connotation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to red culture and tourism,and proposed that red tourism is the party’s cause and national strategy.It has the important functions of educating the people and guiding society,and has the comprehensive functions of politics,culture,and people’s livelihood."Go ahead,set an example" has very important practical significance and guidance.Vigorously promoting the development of red tourism can promote the development of my country’s tertiary industry on the basis of satisfying the diverse tourism needs of the people,thereby promoting economic development.Combined with the basic situation of red tourism in Sichuan Province,through literature review,field investigation and empirical research are conducted to explore the management status of Yihai District in Mianning County.Although the government has made a series of measures to promote the development of Yihai red tourism,the development of scenic spots is still subject to many restrictions.From the perspective of public management,this paper considers the development path of red tourism.The next step in the development of red tourism should be toward broad management content,diversified management methods,diversified management subjects,and comprehensive benefits for management purposes.Reasonably use the concept of macro-control,build a participatory development system,and promote the sustainable development of red tourism.Mianning County Government should play its government functions,build a reasonable zoning plan for the scenic area to ensure its sustainable development,increase marketing efforts,sort out the brand image,and build the Yihai District into a plateau scenic spot in the southwestern region with rich Yi ethnic characteristics and innovative red cultural tourism,So as to promote the economic development of Mianning County.
