| The militia is a mass armed organization that does not break away from production and is an important part of the three-level armed system of the Communist Party of China.During the war of liberation,the Party committee of Taihang District of the Communist Party of China reorganizes and trains the militia,which is a very important historical fact.The complex situation behind this historical fact is worth exploring.At the beginning of the liberation war,with the development of the situation,Taihang District needed a large number of militia to go out of the local society to assist or directly participate in the liberation war.On the surface,it seems very simple and clear that the Taihang District of the Communist Party of China requires the militia to participate in the war.Once we analyze and ask deeply,we will find the complexity behind the problem of the militia’s participation in the war.In the face of the militia’s natural love for hometown and fear of participating in war,how did the Communist Party of China reorganizes and trains the local militia into the Communist Party of China’s political ideology and relatively standardized armed forces?Militia groups have different characteristics in different periods of time,and the periodic cognition of the Communist Party of China is also a process of continuous improvement.On the surface,the reorganization and training of the militia in Taihang District of the Communist Party of China during the war of liberation is an all-round reorganization and training of the militia in the aspects of mobilization,ideology and politics,organization improvement,production and life,military training,etc;From the deep level,the fundamental problems to be solved in the reorganization and training of the militia are: to transform the local concept that the militia are not willing to leave their hometown,to transform the ideology of the militia that they are afraid of participating in the war and to make the militia become a relatively regular armed force with the political ideology of the Communist Party of China.This study intends to focus on the reorganization and training of the militia,based on the counties and villages in Taihang district where the militia are reorganizated and trained,from the small to the big,and from the bottom up to explore how the Taihang District of the Communist Party of China around the reorganization and training,to transform the local concept that the militia are not willing to leave their hometown,to transform the militia’s fear of war.The Taihang District of the Communist Party of China has made remarkable achievements in reorganizing and training the militia:At the local level,the thought of the militiamen’s fear of participating in the war was transformed into the proletarian thought of glorious participation in the war;In terms of mass character,the concept of militia’s personal interests should be transformed into the concept of national interests;In terms of military nature,the scattered armed forces of the militia should be transformed into tightly organized and relatively normalized armed forces.In terms of propaganda,the militia is not only the successor of the Communist Party of China’s policies,but also the embodiment of the Communist Party of China.They go deep into the grassroots masses to publicize and display the political ideology and revolutionary ideas of the Communist Party of China.While transforming themselves,they also transform and influence the grassroots masses and expand the social ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China.The reorganization and training of the militia in Taihang District of the Communist Party of China not only reflects the organic combination between the transformation of the grass-roots militia and the transformation of the militia under the power structure of the Communist Party of China,but also provides valuable experience for today’s militia construction and development,so that the militia can continue to build immortal meritorious deeds in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
