A Study On Increasing Production Of Meritorious Service In The Taihang Liberated Area During The War Of Liberation

During the national liberation war,The CPC Central Committee called on all parts of the country to unite for the establishment of patriotic united front and to resist the Kuomintang reactionary rule.Shanxi province,as an crucial part of the Taihang liberation area with strategic importance,became the front-line position that our party and the People's Liberation Army fought against Kuomintang reactionaries.In addition to the army,the general population was also actively involved in the construction of the liberation area.The CPC Central Committee in February 7,1947 in the Liberation Daily published in China working class task today,in the editorial pointed out that in order to meet the new climax of Chinese revolution,Jiefang District mobilized workers to carry out the campaign to increase production and meritorious service.People in the central Jiefang District Taihang workers " 27 " the editorial of the call,from February 1947 to March 1949 to carry out a campaign toincrease production and service.In this paper,activity means of this movement in the Taihang liberated areas have been studied mainly including the following: first,we should carry out ideological transformation for workers to get rid of backward thinking,improve the revolutionary consciousness and motivate them to product.Second,the activity titled ‘making plan to be model worker ' should be held among workers.According to the completion of the plan,we select the model worker with publicity and reward to encourage workers to work and improve the quantity of products.Third,we should pay more attention to improving the cultural quality and skills of workers,so training courses in the factory,evening school and study rooms have been set up for workers to study and receive production technology training.Fourth,we should make efforts to promote the importance of education.We can inform workers of model deeds or disciplinary actions to strengthen ideological education thoughts through the most direct ways of blackboard newspaper,pictorial,exhibitions,etc.During the war of liberation movement to promote the production of meritorious service in Jiefang District Taihang industrial production plays an important,industrial output has increased significantly,industrial productivity is improved,the working class revolutionary enthusiasm.The victory of the war of liberation,the liberation of new Chinese,cannot do without the masses of workers strength,increase in yield meritorious movement workers ideological consciousness,revolutionary consciousness,psychological unity,cohesion in theguidance of the party,to join the battle,this movement reflects the close ties with the masses,rely on the guiding ideology of people power.
