Research On The Integrated Development Of Chengdu's Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry Based On Coupling Coordination Model

In 2018,the state institution was reformed and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was newly established to ensure the integrated development of culture and tourism.2019 is the first year of the integration of culture and tourism.It is a key year for the implementation of the strategy of culture and tourism integration.Promoting travel by means of text and the principle of expressing travel by means of travel,proceeding from reality and promoting the in-depth integration of culture and travel.The upcoming "14th Five-Year Plan" cultural tourism development plan discusses the integration of the two major industries as the core,and the development of industrial integration is the key to achieving high-quality development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry.This article takes the integration and development of the cultural industry and tourism industry in Chengdu as the research object.Through searching the statistical yearbook of the capital(2010-2019)and the statistical bulletin of the national economic and social development(2010-2019),the relevant data of the cultural industry and tourism are extracted and combined.On-site survey and investigation of many scenic spots in Chengdu,analyze the current status of the development of Chengdu's cultural industry and tourism industry.From a scientific point of view,quantitative derivation analysis,the use of entropy method to determine the weights,substitution of the coupling coordination model calculation analysis,to derive the integration of Chengdu's cultural industry and tourism industry,the conclusion shows that the integration of Chengdu's cultural and tourism industry by 2018 Only reached preliminary coordination,and finally summarized the main problems of the integration and development of Chengdu's cultural industry and tourism industry,mainly including low integration of cultural industry and tourism industry,cultural and tourism compound talent training system has not been established,rural tourism cultural connotation and lack of cultural and tourism infrastructure,Culture and tourism have many problems such as low self-incubation IP brand capabilities.In view of the problem of low integration of Chengdu's cultural industry and tourism industry,in order to achieve high-quality development of Chengdu's cultural industry and tourism industry,it is necessary to strengthen the in-depth integration of the two major industries,and frame the development of cultural industry and tourism industry development strategy,Technology and format markets to integrate the five major paths.According to the development ideas and paths,using industrial value chain theory and industrial industry integration theory,the corresponding development strategies are proposed from the three levels of government,format and technology,that is,the establishment of cultural tourism industry laws,breaking industrial barriers,strengthening crisis management capabilities,and revitalizing the text.Tourism small and medium-sized enterprises,increase the construction of cultural tourism infrastructure,realize residential life 3.0,strengthen the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry,extend the industrial chain,study and travel become the tipping point of cultural and tourism integration,create a new cultural and creative IP brand,and find breakthrough points,Cultivate cultural and tourism compound talents,realize the promotion of talents,and use new technologies and technological means to achieve precision marketing.Through the joint creation by the government and enterprises,the cultural industry and the tourism industry will be strengthened and integrated to achieve high-quality development of the culture and tourism.
