Analysis Of The Waste Consumption And The Interest Of The Silver Merchant For The Sixty Percent Of The Official Land Of Myrtle

Interest-bearing system refers to a financial system in which a certain amount of money is allocated by the government to designated officials or businessmen to carry out interest-bearing operations and the interest-bearing banks are collected periodically for the use of specific government expenses.The interest rate varies from 1 cent to 2 cents.In essence,"interestgenerating silver" is a kind of government credit behavior of "taking interest on capital".The principal interest of the interest-bearing silver comes from the official Treasury(also known as "money silver")or from the government.There are a variety of ways for the interest-bearing silver to operate,mainly including interest from pawnshops operated by the government,interest from buying land for tenancy,interest from the issuer and interest from the government,etc.The specific mode of interest-earning banks varies from time to time and from place to place.Finally,interest-bearing banks are oriented in their operation.The government applies them to all aspects of the society,mainly for the following purposes: red and white bounty for officers and soldiers,government public use,social security and public services.In a word,as a fiscal policy in The Qing Dynasty,the interest-generating silver system had an important influence on the economy,culture,military affairs and society of the Qing Dynasty.At present,most of the academic achievements on the interest-generating silver system are mainly limited to the holistic and overall studies in the early Qing Dynasty,taking into account the regional studies in the middle and late Qing Dynasty.Compared with the overall and overall study of interest-bearing silver system in the early Qing Dynasty,there are few regional studies on interest-bearing silver system in the middle and late Qing Dynasty,which need to be further studied.Aiming at this limitation,this paper,based on the existing relevant research and according to the Qing Dynasty historical archives of Tumed Left Banner in Hohhot city,Inner Mongolia,combed and analyzed the specific process and related problems of interest income of the silver hair merchants who were renting 60% of the official land of Tumed in the late Qing Dynasty.Sixty percent of the official land was divided into two wings(banners)of the naturalized city Tumote with sixty percent(six tenths)of the hainan land along the old Yellow River due to the southward movement of the Yellow River.At first,60 percent of the land was rented for military training.However,after only a few years,60% of the land rent of tumed,a naturalized city,was no longer enough.Therefore,the Qing government took 60% of the land rent as the basis for issuing interest and used the income to maintain various expenditures of the army.In local government,lived in the process,there are live out of this silver and silver bearing collar,interest-bearing charge and solution,the purpose of the interest-bearing silver,and play pin process,however,operating in interest-bearing silver interest-bearing running various specific link becomes complicated due to actual situation,such as the hair,and nurture the silver of the actual bearing collar,actual rate time,the actual bearing collar body changes,practical solution,and so on and so forth.From the regional perspective of The Kuisui region,this paper studies the specific process of the local government’s interest generation in the middle and late Qing Dynasty and its influence,so as to promote the research in related fields.
