The Application Of AR Technology In Children’s Picture Books

With the progress and development of science and technology,the sales of traditional paper books are affected.At the same time,due to the popularity of science and technology,traditional paper books begin to add AR technology to supplement their shortcomings.Augmented Reality(AR)technology integrates the real scene into the virtual part through the device screen for interaction.This research focuses on the application of AR technology in the design of traditional children’s picture books.It USES the advantages of AR technology to change the limitations in the design of traditional children’s picture books.The design of children’s picture books is formed by the virtual part and the real part,presenting a three-dimensional story effect that fits the content of picture books.The specific content of this research is "the master dongguo and the Wolf" children’s picture books design and the application of AR technology,choice of the story is help children’s physical and mental health development of the Chinese fable,in graphic design using children’s receptive of cartoon drawing style,the whole picture books illustrations have used computer software MdiBangPaintPRO digital plate drawing.In the process of integrating AR technology,ruishi,a common application software,is used to reduce the excessive and complex application software for users in the selection of software for AR technology effect presentation.Meanwhile,attention should be paid to the final presentation effect of AR technology in picture books.In the design,the virtual part of the design is combined with the real picture book design to form a complete and interesting picture book story.In this research,we should pay attention to the application degree of AR technology,not to overuse it,and not to perfunctory.Research finally present the master dongguo and the Wolf "AR children’s picture books is a can increase the children’s reading interest,help children to form the three-dimensional form cognition of children’s books,AR technology can bring about a new form of graphic design,also can make up for the traditional painting the immutable,the shortcomings of immobile,adapt to market demand,further promote readers consumption of paper books.
