The Application Of Augmented Reality Technology In Book Design

In the 21 st century,the breakthrough development of Internet technology and mobile intelligent devices quickly united the old and new media,which were originally distinct,and set off a reading revolution in a new media context.Digital reading will be superior to paper books.It is an inevitable trend.Digital reading enriches people’s cultural life and makes reading more scientific and convenient.Therefore,paper books must meet the new demands of the market and adapt to new technology.change.With the development of science and technology and the gradual refinement of disciplines,knowledge information has increased greatly,and forms of information dissemination have become more and more.People have more and more demand for information selection,and the application of augmented reality technology has emerged.Augmented reality is the use of a technical means to superimpose a virtual object synthesized by a computer in a real scene,and applying the augmented reality to a book,which undoubtedly gives the reader a more realistic experience and is an extension of the real world.It also provides convenience for the selectivity of user reading.With the aid of augmented reality technology,books can realize the expansion of multimedia content.The three-dimensional and interactive reading of“flat +3D” brings the reader to the immersive experience,which makes the reading more extensible,the reading mode is changed,and the reading horizon of the reader is expanded.In the process of research,the visual expansion of books has become the focus of this article.The article takes visual augmented reality as the starting point,and through the research of characteristics such as visuality,readableness and immersion,the extension of augmented reality concept in book design is carried out.Some analysis reflects the importance of the augmented reality concept to book design,and finally verifies the viewpoint through concrete practice.
