Traditional Cultural Identity And Cultural Adaptation Of Fuzhou Residents

With the development of urban tourism,the phenomenon of cross-cultural communication is becoming more and more common.This frequent cultural exchange has accelerated the integration of urban traditional culture and modern culture,and promoted the development of urban multiculturalism.However,in the face of the strong impact of modern culture,how to achieve a good inheritance and development of urban traditional culture is directly related to important issues such as shaping the local cultural identity of urban residents and solving cultural adaptation difficulties.Historical and cultural blocks are an important part of the city’s cultural heritage and an important tourist attraction in urban tourism.Historical and cultural blocks,as the material carrier of the city’s traditional culture,how to scientifically and reasonably inherit the city’s traditional culture in the process of tourism development has an important impact on the cultural identity and cultural adaptation of urban residents.This article takes Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural District as an example.From the perspective of Fuzhou residents,the following research questions are proposed:(1)revealing the traditional cultural genes presented by Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural District in tourism development;(2)construction The influence dimensions of traditional cultural identity and cultural adaptation of Fuzhou residents;(3)Exploring the factors,influence differences and influence relationships of traditional cultural identity and cultural adaptation of Fuzhou residents.Focusing on the research issues,this paper is based on the research of cultural identity and cultural adaptation at home and abroad.Based on the theory of cultural genes,social identity,and cultural adaptation,this paper uses questionnaires,field trips,factor analysis,and cluster analysis,One-factor analysis method,two-variable correlation analysis method,LSD test,chi-square test,reliability and validity test and other research methods,through the questionnaire analysis of 574 Fuzhou residents to build the impact of traditional cultural identity and cultural adaptation of Fuzhou residents Dimensions,reveal the influencing factors,influencing differences and influencing relations of traditional cultural identity and cultural adaptation of Fuzhou residents.The study found that:(1)According to the cultural gene taxonomy,the traditional cultural genes presented in the historical and cultural blocks of Sanfang Qixiang in tourism development were identified as two categories of material cultural genes and 18 intangible cultural genes.66 basic types;(2)Based on the traditional cultural gene research of Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural District,combined with domestic and foreign cultural identity and cultural adaptation dimension scales,the Fuzhou residents have established the traditional cultural identity of Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural District.Influence dimension("cognition","emotion","perception","behavior" dimension,a total of 54 factors)and the influence dimension of traditional cultural adaptation("daily life","value attitude","participation experience","Social interaction" dimension,a total of 19 factors);(3)The traditional cultural identity of Fuzhou residents is divided into four types of attitudes: very agreeable,relatively agreeable,generally agreeable,and disapproval.There are significant differences in group characteristics in terms of location,number of visits,age,and education.The overall cultural identity of Fuzhou residents is higher,but the recognition level of the cognitive,perceptual,and behavioral dimensions is greater than that of the emotional dimension.The traditional cultural identity of Fuzhou residents to Sanfang Qixiang is affected by factors such as residence time,place of residence,number of visits,cultural level,and age;(4)Fuzhou residents’ traditional cultural adaptation strategies include integration,assimilation,separation,and marginalization,Different types of cultural adaptation strategies have significant differences in group characteristics in terms of residence time,place of residence,number of visits,and educational level.Fuzhou residents have a good overall cultural adaptation level to Sanfang Qixiang,but the adaptation level of daily life,value attitude,and social interaction dimension is greater than the adaptation level of participation experience dimension.The traditional cultural adaptation of Fuzhou residents to Sanfang Qixiang is affected by factors such as residence time,place of residence,number of visits,gender,age,education level,and personal monthly income;(5)The cultural identity and cultural adaptation strategies of Fuzhou residents generally exist Significantly related,Fuzhou residents with a "very agreeable" attitude chose more integration and assimilation strategies,and less separation and marginalization strategies;Fuzhou residents with a "more agreeable" attitude also chose more integration and assimilation strategies and chose separation There are few strategies,but there is no significant relationship between the choice of marginalization strategy and the "relative identity" attitude of Fuzhou residents;Fuzhou residents with a "general identity" attitude have more marginalization,separation and assimilation strategies and fewer integration strategies;Fuzhou residents who hold a "disagree" attitude have more choices of separation strategies and fewer integration,assimilation and marginalization strategies.Based on this,the study believes that the tourism development of Sanfang Qixiang Historical and Cultural District can promote the inheritance of Fuzhou traditional culture from the perspective of block space,cultural resources,tourism products,commentary systems and prevention systems,enhance the cultural identity of Fuzhou residents,and guide the formation of Fuzhou residents Good cultural adaptation.
