| Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry is a work which serialized in 1902-1907 in the Wen Yuan column of Xin Min Cong Bao after Liang Qichao went into exile in Japan.The main body of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry contains three parts: poetry compilation,commentary,and to talk poetry with facts.Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry has compiled a large number of poems by people of the time and made comments,revealing Liang’s innovative poetic proposition,that is,the old style contains the new artistic conception.As early as 1898,Liang Qichao put forward the slogan Poetry Revolution in his Journey to the Hawaii.Liang Qichao was deeply dissatisfied with the phenomenon of parrot celebrities that appeared in the poetry circle at that time,in order to save the declining poetry style,he advocated the three advantages policy,that is,new sentences,new artistic conceptions and blend into the ancient style.Containing the new artistic conception with the old style in Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry is a inheritance and development of the revolution in the poetry world and the three advantages policy.This article starts from the book Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry,combined with its version,analyzes the poetic view of containing new artistic conception with the old style,researches the unknown name poets,analyzes and explores the selection characteristic and influence of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.The introduction summarizes the general content of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.The first chapter researches the version of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.Since Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry was published in the Xinmin Cong Bao,according to its publishing,arrangement and collection,there are 51 versions in all,there are five edition systems: Xinmin Cong Bao,Yichou Recompiled Collected Works of Yin Bing Shi,Collected Works of Yin Bing Shi(1935),Classified Collected Works of Yin Bing Shi(1935),Times Literature and Art Press version of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.Different versions have some different texts.Combing its versions not only has academic value,but also has documentary significance.The second chapter analyzes the poetic view of containing new artistic conception with old style,and explores the historical context and connotation of poetic view.Liang Qichao,born in the era of great changes unseen in a century,is in the historical context of the transition from ancient to modern,and the alternation of new thoughts and old cultures.Therefore,Liang’s poetic thought of containing new artistic conception with old style is rich connotation,old style refers to the form of traditional Chinese poetry,related to genre,theme,style,etc;new artistic conception refers to new ideas that reflect the face of the times and reveal the spirit of the times.The third chapter researches the unknown name poets in the Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.There are 28 entries for unknown name poets in Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.These entries mainly exist in two ways: First,due to political reasons,Liang Qichao deliberately concealed the names of certain poets;Second,the poets anonymously sent the poems,their name is unknown.Researching unknown name poets provides a path and method for us to further understand poetry,it is so-called discussing the world through the people,besides,it is also beneficial to our understanding of Liang Qichao’s circle of friends and supplementary materials for Liang Qichao’s research.The fourth chapter examines the selection characteristic and influence of Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry.Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry had a wide range of influence during the same period,which was manifested in two aspects: first,newspapers and periodicals were used as the carrier and media of poetry,which changed the way of dissemination of poetry;second,Liang Qichao’s poetic thoughts not only had a wide effect on the poetic view at that time,it also affected his poetry creation practice.Yin Bing Shi Notes on Poetry was born under the background of the eastward spread of western learning in the late Qing Dynasty.As an important example of modern Chinese poetry in the period of the intersection of ancient and modern,China and the West,it enriches the history of Chinese poetry and has great significance for the transformation of Chinese poetics. |
