Dunhuang mural is the treasure of ancient mural art in our country,and the flower and bird image in Dunhuang mural in Wei and Jin dynasties is also the budding period of Dunhuang mural development.Its image not only contains the inheritance of Qin and Han art style,but also contains the absorption of western art style,which has a profound impact on the development of murals in later generations.Through the study of the flower and bird images in the grottoes,we can have a deeper understanding of the aesthetic and artistic characteristics of the flower and bird images in this period.This paper will collect,classify,summarize and summarize the flower and bird images in the frescoes of this period.In this paper,many flower and bird images in murals are classified,and their animals are divided into bird images and animal images,and plants are divided into herbaceous plants and woody plants.Summed up the modeling characteristics of these different categories of images and the evolution of different periods of style,but also get the flower and bird image modeling from the romantic style in favor of freehand brushwork to the realistic characteristics of the times.Secondly,the implication of flower and bird images in murals is interpreted,and its implication is closely related to religion and ancient Chinese traditional culture.In the second part of the article,the inspiration source,image selection,sketch and color drawing are combined with my creation.The elements in Dunhuang mural flower and bird images are used to depict the exotic animals in the mountain and sea scriptures,with the intention of presenting the Dunhuang style of the mountain and sea scriptures in different forms.
