| "Liu Tianhua Impromptus" adapted by composer Cui Shiguang from the works written by Liu Tianhua,a famous Chinese composer,performer and educator at the beginning of the 20 th century.The three pieces in turn are "Birds on the Hill","New Year’s Eve Serenade" and "The Bright March".The three piano works adopt the melodic fragments and artistic conception of the original erhu music,and combine the elements of national music with western composing techniques,which is a successful example of "integration of Chinese and Western" piano music.Composer Cui Shiguang’s creative elements,which are deeply loved by the audience,are mostly from the folk.He has been committed to creating piano works with Chinese characteristics,bringing China’s piano music abroad,and constantly carrying forward the excellent Chinese music culture.This paper takes "Liu Tianhua Impromptus" as the research object,makes a music analysis of the work,focuses on the interpretation of the performance,and summarizes the key and difficult points of the performance.The author hopes that a more comprehensive analysis of the work can help better play this work,grasp the composer’s creative characteristics,in order to inherit and develop Chinese piano music.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter is about the composer Cui Shiguang’s life and the composer’s music creation.Through analyzing the background of the piano works,the author has learned Cui Shiguang’s creative style and the background of his works,which provides a certain basis for the follow-up research.The second chapter analyzes the three pieces of music,including the connotation of music performance and music text score analysis,and based on the spectrum,analyzes the key points of performance,through the research of this chapter to better grasp the direction of performance.The third chapter analyzes Mao Xiangyu’s version of "Liu Tianhua Impromptus",which provides much value for the author’s performance.Chapter four,based on the second and third chapters,interprets the work from the overall music style,pedal,timbre,rhythm,decorative sound,speed and strength.Combining the author’s own performance experience,through the collection of data and audio,there are some personal understanding about the performance of "Liu Tianhua Impromptus".Putting forward some opinions,this chapter is also the key content of this paper. |
