Workplace bullying has always been discussed and studied by society and academia.With the advent of we media era,more and more workplace negative behaviors have been exposed in the public field of vision.These workplace bullying behaviors may have a serious physical and mental impact on individuals,not only on the individual,but also on the entire organizational environment.In the workplace bullying,in addition to the two groups of bullies and victims,there is another huge group,namely the bystanders of workplace bullying.Previous studies have shown that after witnessing workplace bullying,bystanders will make constructive or destructive behaviors for various reasons.In a series of possible behaviors of bystanders,this study attempts to explore the constructive behavior that will have a positive impact on the situation,that is,to stand up.Some studies have shown that onlookers may stop unfair things based on the belief that "the world is for the public".However,due to the lack of necessary information when onlookers witness workplace bullying,the event is full of ambiguity.The behavior mechanism of onlookers coming forward has not been discussed in detail,and is still controlled by continuous research,and its mechanism has not been fully revealed.Therefore,based on the perspective of resource preservation theory,this study introduces mediating variable social network behavior,and uses workplace friendship as a moderating variable to construct a moderated mediating role model,and discusses the dynamic influence mechanism of bystanders who come forward after witnessing workplace bullying.In this study,420 questionnaires were distributed to 401 employees through the questionnaire distribution platform.The results show that social network behavior plays a mediating role between witnessing workplace bullying and coming forward,that is,the more witnessing workplace bullying,the more social network behavior,the more coming forward behavior.Workplace friendship can also play a positive role in mediating effect of social network behavior.When the level of workplace friendship is high,the mediating effect of social network behavior is positive and positive Significant,when the level of workplace friendship is low,the mediating effect of social network behavior is also positive and significant,and the mediating effect between high and low levels is also significant.In general,this study suggests that onlookers,after witnessing workplace bullying,take the initiative to take social networking behavior out of the motivation of "worrying thinking" or "taking preventive measures",and then come forward.Workplace friendship can significantly enhance the motivation of social networking.The above conclusions broaden the possible path for bystanders to take constructive behavior after witnessing workplace bullying,and provide enlightenment for bystanders to intervene in workplace bullying.
