For these purposes, some standard research method, such as literature review, interview and survey were used in this research. In addition, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were also applied for date analysis. The main conclusions are as the following:Firstly, the content of workplace bullying consisted of three factors, which included personal attack, attack through work tasks, social exclusion. The reliability and validity of workplace bullying content questionnaire were highly enough.Secondly, the research discussed about the demographical variable's effects on workplace bullying.
