| Real-scene performing art is originated in China.It creatively combines natural landscape with regional culture,so it has the dual charm of natural beauty and humanistic beauty.As the most eye-catching mode of tourism performing art,it’s favored by tourists and destinations.However,problems such as cloning and imitation make the real-scene performing art industry in crisis,and many real-scene performing art products are struggling for survival,thus it’s extremely urgent to study the optimization strategies.This paper selects the typical case Return to the Three Gorges as the research object.It forms an in-depth and detailed cognition of this kind of phenomenon through empirical analysis.Quantitative research is combined with qualitative research in order to ensure the reliability and effectiveness.First of all,analyze the current situation through on-site visits and in-depth interviews with the core stakeholders,and make an overall portrait of Return to the Three Gorges.Secondly,construct the evaluation index system using the Delphi method and factor analysis,and the evaluation index system consists of thirty-two evaluation indexes and three aspects: content,form and service.Then,gain the tourists’ actual perception through the questionnaire survey and analyze the data by SPSS.It’s concluded that the average satisfaction of tourists is 3.14,only reaching intermediate level.And performance content is an independent influence factor of the overall satisfaction of tourists.Using the Importance-Performance Analysis method,it is concluded that performance content and nine evaluation indexes are the key improvement items.The research shows that Return to the Three Gorges has encountered difficulties in the development process,there are problems in performance effect,performance content,regional culture,interactive participation,functional facilities,occupancy rate and operational management.Aiming at not only surviving in the fierce competition but also achieving reputation and benefit,Return to the Three Gorges is supposed to be optimized by enhancing market awareness,improving performance content,enriching cultural elements,increasing interactive participation,integrative development,attracting more customers and promoting operational effectiveness.Corresponding safeguard measures are also put forward,including enhancing policy support,increasing financial support and building a high-quality talent pool. |
