With its unique ethnic cultural heritage,ethnic villages attract a large number of tourists.The tourism development of ethnic villages is not only a powerful grasp of Rural Revitalization in ethnic areas,but also one of the important ways to protect and inherit the excellent national traditional culture.Under the background of tourism development,great changes have taken place in the spatial pattern and social relations of some ethnic villages,which actually reflects a process of spatial production from traditional ethnic villages to ethnic rural tourism communities.At present,most of the existing studies focus on the relatively closed ethnic villages in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan,while there are few studies on the ethnic villages with relatively open geographical location and foreign exchanges in the context of modernization and ethnic integration.Taking fengxiangpo Dong village in Enshi as an example,this study explores how ethnic minority villages with high degree of Sinicization carry out space production under the driving of tourism economy,and studies its three-dimensional space characteristics,production process and subject interaction mechanism,so as to provide a new perspective and empirical case for tourism space production theory.This paper selects Fengxiangpo Dong village in Enshi as a case study.Based on the literature of relevant theories and empirical studies,research on space production of national villages,rural tourism community research,Fengxiangpo national culture and tourism research,this paper analyzes the classic theoretical framework based on the three-dimensional analysis of space production in lefevor,and analyzes the classic theoretical framework from space practice,spatial representation and representation The spatial three dimensions of the empirical study of the Minority Villages Tourism Space Production and the subject interaction perspective of the spatial production mechanism.The following conclusions are drawn from the above research:(1)The transition from government to community led is an important development mode of tourism space production in minority villages.In the early stage of tourism development,the government departments led the tourism space production of fengxiangpo Dong village.With the development of national village tourism gradually mature,the folk elites of the community play a prominent leading and demonstration effect.The residents spontaneously set up eco-agricultural tourism cooperatives and constantly improve their organizational structure,so as to realize the orderly development and operation of national village tourism.Rural tourism communities gradually replace local governments to become the leading force to promote the tourism space production of ethnic villages.(2)The spatial representation assumed by local government and planning experts dominates the tourism space production of ethnic villages in the early stage,while in the later stage,it is driven by the development of tourism market.Under the tourism gaze mechanism,tourists and mass media objectively promote the regeneration of tourism space of ethnic villages.(3)In the process of tourism space production,new ethnic village spatial pattern is formed,at the same time,new social relations are also produced.With the involvement of investors,tourists and other multiple space users,the space of residents’ daily production and life has been transformed into a tourism public space,and the traditional "acquaintance society" based on clan blood relationship has gradually evolved into a commercial space mixed with more conflicts of interest.In the face of the changes of social relations and the transformation of spatial power,most residents,as the vested interests who directly participate in tourism management,tend to support and continue to participate in the spatial production of rural tourism community,while a few residents who do not directly benefit from tourism management express their inner discomfort and resistance.(4)Based on the perspective of multi subject interaction,this paper explores the interaction mechanism of space production subject in fengxiangpo tourism village.It is found that the spatial production of Ethnic Minority Tourism villages is the process and result of interaction and spatial game among local government,community,investors and tourists.On the one hand,this paper enriches the research content of the tourism space production of ethnic minority villages,which is a useful supplement to the existing research on tourism space production;on the other hand,it provides some reference and Enlightenment for the tourism development of the same type of ethnic villages and the inheritance of ethnic culture.
