| "Justice is the foundation of the country".He Qi in the Qing Dynasty used this sentence to express the importance of giving fairness and justice to civilians to the country. It is the cornerstone of national development. The Rural Revitalization Strategy of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is a fundamental problem related to the party and the top priority of the party’s work.In this context,China’s urbanization process is accelerating,in which tourism,as a "heavyweight" tertiary industry, plays a very important role in the development of rural economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. At the same time,it is also an important driving force for the production and reconstruction of rural space. From the perspective of humanistic geography,in the process of tourism development,in addition to paying attention to its transformation and reconstruction of material space,we should also adhere to the people-oriented development concept, pay attention to whether the distribution results of main opportunities and resources in the space meet the demands of fairness and justice, and pay attention to the equal space rights and interests of residents. For a long time, scholars’ research on the justice of space is not uncommon, but most of them focus on the macro research perspective of space reconstruction, space deprivation and other problems faced in the process of urban and rural regional development. They pay less attention to the justice problems in micro areas such as rural tourism space, and lack of attention to the main body of space-residents.Based on this, this paper selects Yuanjia village,a well-known rural tourism destination,as a case to explore its perception of spatial justice from the perspective of residents.By combing the literature, this paper establishes the index dimension to measure residents’ spatial justice, and makes an empirical study on Residents’ perception of spatial justice from the four aspects of intention justice, procedural justice, interactive justice and result justice, using ssps26 Through reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire, combined with in-depth interviews, this paper evaluates the residents’ perception of spatial justice in various dimensions, compares and analyzes the differences between Aboriginal and new residents’ perception of spatial justice, deeply analyzes the injustice phenomena in the process of tourism development in Yuanjia village, and explores the internal mechanism affecting the residents’ perception of spatial justice in Yuanjia village,Provide reference for the follow-up research on Spatial Justice of rural tourism community, and open a new way for the sustainable development of tourism space. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the overall spatial justice perception of residents in Yuanjia village is low,and the average ranking of the four dimensions is: intention justice perception(3.731)> interactive justice perception(3.434)> result justice perception(3.338)>procedural justice perception(3.327),indicating that there are injustice problems in the four dimensions in the process of tourism development in Yuanjia village;Secondly, through the comparative analysis of the perception of Aboriginal and new residents in four dimensions,it is concluded that the mean perception in the dimension of intention Justice: new residents(3.861)> Aboriginal(3.601),and the mean perception in the other three dimensions: Aboriginal(3.107,3.240,3.128)> New Residents(3.547,3.628,3.548),indicating that the affected identity is an important factor affecting residents’ perception of spatial justice. Finally, from intention justice to result justice is a "process event" of "beginning and end".The secondary indicators of the two dimensions are economy, society and culture, but there are great differences in the mean value of the indicators. It is confirmed that in this process, procedural justice and interactive justice affect the residents’ perception of result justice to a certain extent.(2)The factors influencing Yuanjia village residents’ perception of spatial justice are: firstly, the conflict effect between tourism space and living space affects the residents’ perception level of intention justice;Secondly, the non equalization of spatial power, the dominance of social status and interpersonal relations, the lack of rationality of spatial planning layout and business types affect residents’ perception of procedural justice;Thirdly, the lack of residents’ perception of social status and interpersonal justice has an impact on Residents’ main income and interpersonal relationship. Finally, the result justice is affected by the spatial layout, spatial planning, interpersonal relationship, social status and resident identity, which further proves that procedural justice and interactive justice affect the result of justice.(3)Based on the logical framework of spatial production, this paper explores the dynamic mechanism of spatial injustice in Yuanjia village, and comes to the conclusion that the commercialization logic embedded in capital, the elitism logic under the power sharing system and the isolation and alienation logic of social stratum are the internal mechanism, external mechanism and feedback mechanism affecting the residents’ perception of spatial justice in Yuanjia village. |
