There is a dim view in the organization and preserve of collection of letters in Song dynasty,especially in Ming dynasty.There is no doubt that it is beneficial for this literature’s preserve and spread when people in Ming dynasty makes effort in its sorting,assembling and printing.But the research aiming at a collection of letters written by Song people in Ming Dynasty seems little.People pay more attention to the author or their several works mostly.In addition,they also research them by Six Qi Article.So,there is possibility to make a systemic combing and specialized research in the existing content,system and the source of version.In addition to the common single-line books,this paper also explores the special forms of collections of letters,such as the collections of personal letters(generally including prefaces and postscripts and catalogues)and the collections of personal letters(not necessarily including prefaces and postscripts and catalogues)attached to the collections of personal letters,so as to further understand the status quo of literature preservation in the Song Dynasty and make a useful supplement to the comprehensive research of the involved writers.At the beginning of this text,I make a clear definition in its object.As for the overall research and research on related sets,I make d deep combing and know the key point,difficult point and innovative significance.In the body part,the eleven books I have seen are arranged according to the year of birth and death of the author and the publishing time of the collection.While introducing the nature of the text,the arrangement of compilation,prefaces and postscripts,the content of the text,the life of the author,the catalogue description,and the existing collections in detail,the book objects of the collection are also counted as appropriate,and the compilation purpose of the editors of the Ming Dynasty and the related editions of the books are emphatically explored.In the epilogue part,I will refine and summarize,the whole text and make reflection in the shortcomings of the paper.The appendix is about the official and private situation in Ming and Qing Dynasties and publication schedule of an anthology of letters by Song people in Ming Dynasty.
