| Rural culture is the soul of rural society and the spiritual pillar of rural residents.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,driven by the rural revitalization strategy,Hebei Province has carried out rural culture construction one after another.Rural cultural construction can create spiritual momentum for rural revitalization,and also protect,inherit and carry forward rural cultural resources in Hebei Province.This paper studies the rural cultural construction in Hebei Province since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,summarizes the theoretical framework and practical results of rural cultural construction in Hebei Province,and learns from the construction of rural culture in other regions,so as to help Hebei Province to better build rural culture.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research purpose and significance of this paper,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of rural culture construction at home and abroad.After summarizing the related research work of this topic,this paper determines the research ideas and methods of this paper,and puts forward the innovation points of this paper.The second part is the background of rural cultural construction in Hebei Province since the 18 th CPC National Congress.Based on the analysis of the connotation of rural culture,this paper demonstrates the necessity of rural culture construction in Hebei Province since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,including rural culture construction to create impetus for rural revitalization strategy,rural civilization construction to lay the foundation for ecological livable construction;The advantages of constructing rural culture in Hebei province include the development opportunity brought by the national strategy and the excellent rural cultural resources in Hebei province.The third part is the practice of rural culture construction in Hebei Province since the18 th CPC National Congress.This paper theoretically summarizes the Marxist cultural concept,carries forward the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the construction of rural culture in Hebei Province.From the path of rural culture construction,this paper summarizes the leading role of the government and the importance of farmers’ vital interests in Hebei Province.In terms of the organic combination of rural culture and industry,Hebei Province links rural culture with the tertiary industry,and combines cultural construction with cultural output.This part of Hebei Province Wu ’an rural cultural creativity mining practice,and rural cultural construction case of Handanshan District Zhuheyuan characteristic town for case analysis.The fourth part is the results and enlightenment of rural culture construction in Hebei Province since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.In previous work,the valuable results has been made in Hebei province rural culture construction: to protect the existing rural cultural resources,promotes the rural cultural construction and modern times,promotes the rural cultural construction ability and level of scientific understanding,and coordination of the original village and new urbanization construction process and explore the creative rural culture resources.This paper summarizes the following the development of rural culture construction in Hebei province revelation: adjust measures to local conditions to dig cultural resources and planning,construction of government,market,society,and the villagers all-round system of rural cultural construction,integrate all kinds of means and resources to build rural culture brand,establish a market-oriented operation in rural cultural construction,industrialization operating mechanism,(the Yangtze river delta and Germany)at home and abroad for reference,the beneficial experience. |
