Since Ma Shi Wen Tong, the research of Chinese has been steadily advancing and developing in depth. As an extremely important part of Chinese, the personal pronoun system in Chinese has also been paid more and more attention. On the other hand, with the rise and change of computational linguistics,Chinese research can use corpus for data analysis, which brings convenience to the exploration of word changes and sentence pattern evolution. The use of corpus technology to analyze language text is becoming more and more recognized. From the perspective of the corpus, this thesis selects ten books in each of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,a total of 20 novel texts as the research objects, and aims to compare the appearance frequency and usage of some personal pronouns in Ming and Qing novels through the antconc software.Using corpus analysis methods,on the basis of quantitative statistics, the data is presented in tabular form, exhaustive statistics and detailed analysis of personal pronouns in selected works are carried out,and the content of the paper is enriched by the method of example. The thesis studies the Chinese personal pronouns in Ming and Qing novels from six aspects: first-person pronouns,second-person pronouns,third-person pronouns, ancillary pronouns, reflexive pronouns and collective pronouns. From the perspective of word frequency, there are significant differences in the novel texts of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Ming Dynasty used "wu,an,yu,ru,er,ta,ta ren,ji,zi,zi shen" more frequently, and during the Qing Dynasty period, the usage of "wo,zan,wo men,zan men,ni,nin,ni men,ta,ta men,bie ren, pang ren,zi ji,da jia" were more frequent. From the perspective of usage, the situation is more diverse and the differences are also very significant.Personal pronouns such as "wo,zan, zan men,ni,nin,ni men,ta,ta men,bie ren, pang ren,zi ji,da jia" were generally used as subjects of honor in the Qing Dynasty than in the Ming Dynasty.Personal pronouns such as "wu,yu,ru,ta,ta ren,ji,zi,zi shen" were used more frequently in the Ming Dynasty than in the Qing Dynasty.Compared with the Qing Dynasty, the Ming Dynasty used personal pronouns such as an,wo men,er" more frequently, and the object usage frequency was lower.
