| Language and culture,like two wheels of a car and two wings of a bird,run through language teaching all the time.The accompanying relationship between language and culture determines that culture teaching plays an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.As a new teaching method,experiential teaching method has been applied to the teaching of many professional courses at home and abroad,and has achieved remarkable results.However,the application of this teaching method in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not extensive and skilled enough.Although the existing research has confirmed the feasibility of experiential teaching method in the field of teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,it also verified the advantages of experiential teaching method over traditional teaching method in the actual teaching process.However,the existing research is only exploring the application of experiential teaching method in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language.From the case design of experiential culture teaching,the existing research has not well linked the cultural teaching at all stages,and has not fully considered the students’ language level and cognitive development law,thus splitting the systematicness of cultural teaching.Starting from the systematicness of cultural teaching,this paper demonstrates the necessity and superiority of grading and quantifying experiential cultural teaching.According to students’ language level,cognitive development law and the relationship between language teaching and culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,determine the level of culture teaching in each stage and the "quantity" of culture teaching in language teaching.Taking HSK Standard Tutorial as an example,according to the existing research of cultural items table and the distribution of cultural items in textbooks,four specific application modes of experiential culture teaching classification and quantification are designed,in order to provide reference for experiential culture teaching of Chinese teachers as a foreign language.Finally,from the compilation of teaching materials and teachers’ teaching,this paper puts forward some suggestions on experiential culture teaching,hoping to provide new ideas for teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language. |
