Study On Visual Design Of Urban Syndrome Based On Pop Art Style

With the acceleration of China’s modernization process and the continuous improvement of the strength of rapid economic development,urbanization has become the main trend of China’s current development.On the one hand,the acceleration of urbanization has improved the material living conditions of urban residents and satisfied their material needs.On the other hand,as people’s material life has been fully satisfied,the increasing demand for spiritual,urban people’s mental health has also become a prominent problem.The ever-increasing number of people in cities also creates enormous pressure on individuals living in cities.Such practical problems as the increasing cost of living,difficult employment,high pressure and complex interpersonal relationship have seriously affected the mental health of modern urban population,which presents a variety of scattered state,and it is difficult to get rid of the feeling of loneliness,anxiety and great pressure mentally.From this,the concept of "urban syndrome" refers to the negative psychology and morbid mood of urbanites.In this paper,the author takes the concept of "urban syndrome" as the research object of this paper,and reflects a series of pathological emotions as the theme of visual communication design practice.Pop art emerged with the development of modern art,and then emerged as an independent art form,providing a new direction and new ideas for the development of art.Pop art advocates art comes from life,and will pop art into the "urban syndrome" theme of visual design,through the comparison strong visual expression and pop art style,the mass popularization of performance discussions behind the prosperous city sight mental predicament,pay attention to the emotional health of modern urbanites,inconsistencies of thinking about social development and psychological health;This paper analyzes the expression path of pop artists who internalize their personal emotions in visual design after they pay attention to popular culture and social reality.In the research process,this paper takes Pop art as the theoretical guidance of exploration and practical creation,carries out research from different dimensions such as creation theme,expression form,color matching and visual effect of pop art style,and carries out design and practical demonstration.In the first chapter,the author analyzes the phenomenon of "urban syndrome" in the process of urbanization,discusses the research status of urban syndrome at home and abroad and the present situation of visual emotion expression,discusses the research significance of "urban syndrome" theme design,and then determines the overall research framework and research strategies and methods of this paper.The second chapter analyzes pop art theory,analyzes its development process,artistic performance characteristics,representative figures and works,and summarizes the visual design characteristics of pop art style.The third chapter elaborates the current situation of the city,the psychology of urbanites and the social phenomenon of "urban syndrome".The fourth chapter,based on the theoretical research of Pop art and the investigation and analysis of the phenomenon of "urban syndrome",specifically analyzes the expression forms of Pop art in the visual design of "urban syndrome" and formulates the strategies and methods of this design practice.The fifth chapter,based on the previous research and discussion combined with the theme of "urban syndrome" visual design practice,and the presentation of related design works.The last chapter is the conclusion of the thesis.
