Research On Dong Zhongshu’s Wangdao Thought

During the five thousand years of China ’ s historical process,the Qin and Han Dynasties is known as " the great change in the millennium." Dong Zhongshu ’ s thought has a great influence on the achievements of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty in the unification of the millennium and autumn,the social stability and the development of the cultural environment of the Han Dynasty.Dong Zhongshu inherited the spiritual connotation of pre-Qin Confucianism,absorbed Yin-Yang and Five Elements thought as the basis of his theoretical framework and the operation mechanism of the communication between heaven and man,crossed the single communication mode of morality,took the theory of heaven and man induction as the communication mode of heaven and humanity,and thought that heaven is the vice of man.In Dong Zhongshu ’ s blueprint,there is no diaphragm between heaven and man.In this relationship between heaven and human traffic,the monarch is in the right position,Wang regular world right.However,the king ’ s righteousness is not a one-way influence,and it is the king ’ s righteousness rather than the interference of some mysterious force through the heavenly way.The main way of the king ’ s self-justice is to protect the people.The way is far from humanity.The king must protect the people to be king.Based on the viewpoint of ’ Jiangshan is the people and the people is Jiangshan ’ pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping,this paper re-examines the connotation of ’ protecting the people and protecting the king ’ put forward by Dong Zhongshu,and points out the core issue under his thought of kingcraft-the legitimacy of governance,and thus looks at the importance of cultivating and educating the people.Based on Dong Zhongshu ’ s thought of Wang Dao,starting from Dong Zhongshu ’ s philosophical invention of Heaven,this paper focuses on the authoritative source and realistic basis of the establishment of Wang Dao.To clarify what is the basic connotation of Dong Zhongshu ’ s Wang Dao thought,what is the logical path,and analyze the ultimate goal of Dong Zhongshu ’ s Wang Dao system.Through systematic research and analysis,explore and highlight the value source behind the kingcraft thought;through the classification and analysis of the thought of“ protecting the people ” contained in the connotation of Dong Zhongshu ’ s Wangdao thought,we can see the modern significance of Dong Zhongshu ’ s Wangdao thought in the modern point of view,such as attaching importance to the foundation,paying attention to etiquette education and strengthening the effect of rule of virtue.
