Study On The Fragments Of The Drum Lyrics Of Daming Xinglong

The transcript of the Daming Xinglong Biography was first found in Zheng Zhenduo’s History of Chinese Popular Literature,and has been forgotten for a long time.This paper takes the newly discovered remnants of Daming Xinglong as the object of research,which treasured in Kansai University of Japan,and based on the comments of Zheng Zhenduo,studies the content characteristics and art form of the manuscript.It’s also expounds the value and significance of its literary history in the end.The paper is divided into 5 parts:The introduction part introduces the reasons why selected this topic.Through text comparison,we can draw a conclusion that Daming Xinglong,which collected in Kansai University in Japan,has the same text system with the copy that has seen by Zheng Zhenduo.From the words ineffable,we can see that this text is definitely written in the Ming Dynasty,and this part also concluded the significance of this paper briefly.The first chapter summary the contents of Daming Xinglong,which has two features,that are abundant eulogize language and full of detail description and not weak,this part also gives examples use the views of Zheng Zhenduo.The second chapter analyse Daming Xinglong’s rhyme system,which divided into poetry,lyrics,praise,discusses the sentence pattern,rhyme and formula and the usage of the lyrics.In the end we can draw the conclusion that these characteristics that Daming Xinglong’s rhyme system presents have some certain differences with the developed qing dynasty drum lyrics,thus reflects the appearance of the early drum lyrics.The third chapter discusses the literary history value and significance of Daming Xinglong.Through the comparison with the unique copy of Ming dynasty lyrics Yun Men Biography and the qing dynasty storytelling novel Daming Xinglong Biography,concluded that as the only drum lyrics that can see in the Ming dynasty,Daming Xinglong is not only reflected the early drums form and retained the precious literary historical materials,it has also nourished and influenced the storytelling novel of qing dynasty.It provides a concrete example for us to explore the penetration and transformation from Ming’s saying and singing literature to qing’s popular novels.The conclusion part summarize the whole paper,point out the existing problems and shortcomings of the paper,wait other scholars continue to study deeply.
