As an important part of Chinese culture,Chinese Metaphorical Words are the embodiment of the semantic ethnicity,and are the words that combine the unique characteristics of Chinese culture,thinking mode and psychological state,reflecting the profound cultural connotation of China.International Chinese language education focuses on the cultivation of international students’ intercultural communicative competence.The combination of language teaching and cultural teaching is an inevitable requirement of international Chinese teaching.Therefore,Chinese Metaphorical Words with profound cultural connotations are an important part of vocabulary teaching in international Chinese language education.But at present,there is little research in the field of Chinese Metaphorical Words and the teaching of Chinese Metaphorical Words lacks systematic theoretical guidance and effective teaching strategies.Only by paying more attention to and strengthening the study of Chinese Metaphorical Words can we provide useful guidance for international students in language learning and cross-cultural communication.Classifiers based on the full analysis and reference to predecessors to Chinese Metaphorical Words ontology and teaching on the basis of research results,from the perspective of language teaching and culture teaching,use of Cognitive linguistics,National cultural connotation,lexicology and cross-cultural communication theory,on the one hand,discusses the Chinese Metaphorical Words the proverb meaning and understand the cause of formation of reading,and explains the importance of Chinese Metaphorical Words teaching;On the other hand,using the method of statistical analysis and questionnaire survey,investigates the Developing Chinese,Advanced Comprehensive Course and Boya Chinese Advanced two mainstream teaching materials in the distribution of the character of the Chinese Metaphorical Words and its characteristic,analyzes the advanced international students of studying Chinese Metaphorical Words,summarizes some problems and concludes the reasons,and then based on this,This paper tries to put forward some targeted teaching principles and specific teaching strategies in the hope of providing some new ideas and valuable references for the teaching of Chinese Metaphorical Words.
