The Research On Chinese Animal Words For International Education Of Chinese

Cultural connotation of animal words is the national unique folk habits, values and thinking mode conferred. The unique cultural connotation of Chinese animal words and itself has very high research value. The paper reveals its cultural implication through the analysis of inductive animal word synchronic diachronic evolution, and discusses and analyzes the aspects related to the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This thesis is supported by on outline of HSK vocabulary level (1-6), combining with the current animal words of the Guang Xi University in teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language, to add ones rich in cultural meanings through the selection and complement and the study of collecting18animal word. Firstly, the literature of animal word is searched, the research status is summarized, and relative comments are made. Secondly, diachronic analysis of the animal words in Chinese is made and the cultural meaning of Chinese animal words is further discussed. Through analyzing the animal words in current teaching materials of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and understanding the distribution status of cultural meanings in animal words and combining with the questionnaire of18animal words researched before, this research summarizes and analyzes the survey results based on questionnaire data statistics by overseas students, and studies from two aspects of the teaching goal, advice and teaching skills, principles according to the specific problems.
