| The Communist Party of China celebrates its centennial in 2021,and people from all walks of life are celebrating the Communist Party’s birthday with the power within their means.With the highest respect and the most sincere gratitude to the Communist Party of China,I designed and cast the "Ning jian zhu hun" Pottery tripod,which commemorates the centenary of the party’s history,as a gift for the centenary of the founding of the party.The shape of the pottery ding to commemorate the centennial of the party history draws on the characteristics of traditional Chinese pottery tripods,and its decorative patterns and decorative techniques draw on the creative concept of Hubei folk pottery.Hubei folk pottery is a representative folk traditional art in Hubei.It has been loved by people in Hubei since the Ming and Qing dynasties,and it has long been integrated into all aspects of people’s lives in Hubei.But just as almost all traditional arts will face the crisis of transformation,Hubei folk pottery is no exception.With economic development and the changes of the times,it gradually withdraws from the stage of history.Local folk art is the physical testimony of local politics,economy,culture and thought.Its historical value and cultural implication are needless to say,but its artistic expression is often "outdated" in modern society.In order to keep traditional folk art up to date with modern times The aesthetic pace of young people,for the inspiration and development of the national spirit,and for the protection and inheritance of local art,"Ning jian zhu hun",the tripod for centennial commemoration of the party’s history,injects the soul of the tripod into the beauty of pottery,and makes the most important utensil of the country-tripod and Hubei local art-Hubei folk pottery collide with each other,creating a spark of innovation between traditional art utensils and a century of glorious party history.This kind of innovation is exactly what is needed for the transformation of traditional art.Through the research and study on the shape of traditional pottery tripod and the decorative aesthetic characteristics of Hubei folk pottery,from the perspective of traditional aesthetics,this paper analyzes the artistic beauty of the decorative patterns of pottery tripods commemorating the centenary of party history,and summarizes its artistic beauty and profound cultural connotations. |
