Under the normalization trend of the epidemic,online Chinese teaching may become a teaching method and method parallel to traditional classroom teaching for a long time in the future.Chinese teaching from offline to online,from teachers to students are facing more or less challenges,and classroom teaching is the central link of teaching activities,teachers and students are the main body of classroom teaching,classroom interaction runs through the whole classroom teaching,and deeply affects the teaching effect and learning experience,so in online Chinese teaching,improving classroom interaction is particularly urgent and important.Therefore,from the perspective of classroom interaction,combined with its own online teaching practice,this paper takes Indonesia as an example to investigate and explore Chinese learners and online Chinese teachers in three universities in Indonesia,and explores the problems and reasons of online classroom interaction.In order to ensure the reliability of this survey,the author has selected three universities that have cooperative relations with the Confucius Institute in which I work as the scope of the investigation.Questionnaire surveys were conducted for teachers and students,some teachers’ online Chinese classes were videotaped and individual teachers were interviewed in depth,and then the questionnaires were sorted out and analyzed through the questionnaire star SPSSAU platform,the online Chinese classroom teaching videos were transcribed and recorded in detail using the COLT scale,the teacher interviews were recorded and sorted out,and finally the problems in the interaction between the online Chinese teaching classes in Indonesia were comprehensively analyzed and countermeasures were given.This paper first investigates and analyzes the results from the main body,interaction mode,interactive platform and interaction strategy of online Chinese classroom interaction in Indonesia,and then analyzes the problems existing in online Chinese classroom interaction from the above perspectives,the main problems are: the main subject of classroom interaction is limited,students are passive and silent,the classroom interaction content is single,the lack of Chinese character interaction,the classroom interactive platform has limited functions and insufficient applicability,the classroom interaction strategy is simplified,and the feedback from teachers is insufficient.Then from the perspective of teachers,students and platforms to analyze and find out the reasons,the main reasons are: the teacher’s sense of role change is not strong,online teaching skills are different;students’ adaptability to online teaching needs to be strengthened,Chinese proficiency is uneven,learning motivation is different;platform interactive function innovation is insufficient,and professionalism is different.Finally,from the perspective of teachers,students and teaching aids,feasible countermeasures are given,teachers: teachers should establish students’ online learning groups to promote student-student interaction;they should actively observe and learn some excellent online Chinese teaching videos to improve online teaching skills;use social software to extend classroom interaction;increase Chinese character interaction and enrich interactive content;fully tap the potential of the teaching platform and enrich the interactive methods;optimize the online interactive design and improve the interactive effect.In terms of students: students should change their learning concepts and actively adapt to online teaching;second,they should clarify the goals of all levels of Chinese language learning and constantly stimulate internal motivation.Teaching platform and teaching assistance: First,it is necessary to strengthen the construction and improvement of the teaching platform and enhance the interactive function;the second is to integrate online interactive teaching resources and establish an online interactive teaching resource library.Through the investigation and cause analysis of the problems and causes of online Chinese classroom interaction in Indonesia,it provides some reference countermeasures and methods for online Chinese teaching in Indonesian universities in the future,with a view to improving the interactive experience of online teachers and students teaching and learning,and promoting the development of online Chinese teaching in Indonesia.
