Application Of Six Thinking Hats Model In Documentary Production Management ——Taking "Between The Rope" As An Example

In the whole process of documentary production,creators firstly need to find and explore the story themes,character objects,and form their own value positions.At the same time,creative thinking is needed to master and manage all links of creation.Based on the Six Thinking Hats model of Edward de Bono,the "father of innovative thinking",this paper focuses on the aspects of laying the emotional foundation of fieldwork,identifying positive factors,discovering negative factors,creatively solving problems,organizational planning and management,neutral and objective processing of information.Taking the documentary film "Between The Ropes" as an example,this paper analyzes its application in documentary production management.
