Design And Implementation Of Tool For Modeling Evidence Chain And Judgements Reasoning

Nowadays,with developing of software technology,more and more judicature and judgment systems apply software technology to help judicial officials to deal with cases and improve efficiency.Evidence chain is a definition in judicatory practice,evidence chain is composed of many evidences and used to prove facts of a case by matches of evidences,it can help judicial official to make the final decision,there are a small number of software systems of evidence chain so far,judicial officials often edit and parse evidence chains by editing document manually.This thesis presents the evidence chain model from judicial concept of evidence chain,and defines the model format and language according to evidence chain concept and its various forms,the evidence chain model consists of several component entities and relations between different entities.The entities of evidence chain model are chainUnit,chainHead and linkPoint,which respectively represent the evidence,special part of the evidence and the facts proved.The two relations are the subordination relation from chainUnit to chainHead and the prove relation from chainHead to linkPoint.This thesis defines the evidence chain grammar through EBNF paradigm and xml schema grammar,this thesis also designs and implements evidence chain visual modeling system based on evidence chain model.This thesis also presents document reasoning model from judicial concept of document reasoning,and defines the model format.The document reasoning model also consists of several components and relations,the components of model is evidence,facts,statute and conclusion,there are four relations in document reasoning model representing the inference relation from the four components to conclusion entity,the visual modeling tool based on document reasoning model is also designed and implemented.The visual modeling system of evidence chain uses JAVA to implement and mainly designed by MVC architecture,the system is divided into two subsystems,model edit subsystem and model parse subsystem.The model edit subsystem realizes editing models visually through clicks and drags-and-drops,it contains model file edit,model component edit and model component creation functions.The model parse subsystem realizes the exchange of model object with other representations of the model,such as xml file and database data through different model parsers.The visual modeling system makes the edit and parse of the model more visually and correctly;the system improves the efficiency of judicial officials.
