On July 31,2015,Beijing and Zhangjiakou officially won the right to host the2022 Winter Olympics.China’s skiing has received unprecedented attention.Compared with developed countries in ski sports,China’s ski sports are relatively backward, lack of experience in competition organization and venue construction, lack of experience in hosting large-scale ski events, and lack of professional talents in organizing ski events. The core work of the Olympic Games, how to train a large number of outstanding professional volunteers in a short period of time is a difficult task before the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee and the host city of Beijing. In order to solve this dilemma, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee established a ski team to train professional talents for ski events. This article takes the ski team as an example to study the training model of alpine skiing volunteers in the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022.The investigation method, field investigation method and data analysis method are used to study the ski team training mode.Through the inquiry and analysis of the four major aspects of the training goal, training process, training management system, and training assessment of the ski team training mode. The results show that the cultivation of volunteers for alpine skiing in China has formed a centralized training mode with government-led participation of the general public on the basis of “field-school docking”.Recruitment is the main method, and it is recommended by the relevant units. The training always adheres to the theory to guide the practice. The training content includes both theory and skills. However, the English and skiing skills of the volunteers for alpine skiing need to be improved, and the level of understanding of the post setting needs to be strengthened. The training methods include theoretical training, practical training, and practical training. The most recognized practical training, but the practical training coverage and training ratio are insufficient. In terms of management system,a pyramid management structure has been formed in general, and some volunteers suffer from post coordination and training time conflicts. In terms of training assessment and assessment, assessment is divided into stage assessment tests and personnel use,but the stage assessment assessment is insufficient, some skills and physical fitness are not tested, and a systematic assessment monitoring system has not been formed.Faced with the problems that have arisen, the following countermeasures are proposed: the content of the English conversation course should be strengthened in the training content and the guidance of volunteer position setting should be increased;the skill course should strive to improve the team’s skiing skills and increase the practice of ice snow;In the training method, actual combat teaching training should be strengthened to help more team members participate in the actual competition and accumulate more actual combat experience.;In the management system,a two-way feedback mechanism for volunteers and team management should be established to coordinate the flow of volunteer talents between the Winter Olympics and the coordination of training time between the volunteers and the team;the stage assessment work should be more detailed and specific,For the post skills and physical fitness, more appropriate assessment measures were introduced.
