The Study On The Path Of Selection And Training Of Volunteers For Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games

As the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games is approaching,how to implement the concept of "green,Shared,open and clean" cannot be achieved without the cultivation of talents.Building a group of enthusiastic,friendly,high-quality and professional volunteers is one of the prerequisites for the smooth operation of the Olympic Winter Games.Based on the volunteers for Beijing Olympic Winter Games as the research object,this paper used the literature data method,expert interview method,case analysis and logical analysis as research methods,summarizes the analysis Pyeongchang winter Olympics and Sochi volunteer experience and problems of selecting and training model,and combines the result of expert interview,after carries on the induction,analysis,combined with the actual conditions of Beijing,design in selecting and training implementation path out of the Beijing Olympics Winter Games volunteers,possible problems and corresponding countermeasures.The results show that: Firstly,there are three categories of winter Olympic volunteers: ordinary volunteers,professional volunteers and competition volunteers.Secondly,a combination of written test and interview is adopted in the selection process of volunteers for the Sochi Olympic Winter Games,which is conducive to improving the selection quality.The training process adopts the mode combining periodic training and classified training and includes the assessment system,which is conducive to ensuring the learning effect of volunteers.Thirdly,the selection of volunteers for Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games is limited to interviews,which is not conducive to ensuring the quality of selection.It is difficult to guarantee the quality of training due to insufficient training and information communication.Fourthly,China currently has sufficient potential volunteer resources and volunteer service experience,and the government's full support will provide a strong guarantee for the selection and training of volunteers for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games.However,many problems brought by the government's officialness are also obvious,which is not conducive to the long-term development of voluntary service.Fifthly,the selection process of volunteers for Beijing Olympic Winter Games can be divided into three stages: applicant stage,candidate stage and official volunteer stage.During this period,the applicant's English and professional ability will be selected.In the process,there may be problems such as difficulty in implementing the scheme,insufficient number of candidate volunteers and unreasonable test contents.The corresponding countermeasures are to design the selection scheme flexibly,broaden the recruitment channels,and adopt the operation mechanism of "connecting schools and libraries".Sixthly,the training of volunteers for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games can be divided into three steps: general training,professional training and practical training.There may be problems such as unreasonable time and place arrangement,lack of training supervision,etc.The corresponding countermeasures are to design the training content scientifically and teach students according to their aptitude.Into the assessment system,the implementation of the stage test.Finally,the training of volunteers for the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games should be carried out under the external guarantee measures of sound policies,funds,venues,teachers and teaching materials,supplemented by internal incentives such as praise,reward and recognition to promote volunteers to better complete the training work.
