With the rapid development of communication network technology,the crime of communication network fraud is growing rapidly,the number of cases is increasing year by year,and people suffer from it repeatedly.There are many kinds of means of such crimes,and the means emerge in endlessly,which is confusing and hard to prevent.It not only poses a serious threat to the property security of the people,but also causes a huge trust crisis to the society.How to effectively prevent and control the crime of communication network fraud has become a common issue faced by local governments.In recent years,the number of cases of communication network fraud in Y City has been increasing,and the amount of damage has been increasing.Although Y City has adopted a variety of ways to prevent and control,there are still many problems.Under this background,the reasonable and effective prevention and control of communication network fraud in Y City is the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of the relevant data of communication network fraud crime in Y City,this paper finds that in recent years,the number of communication network fraud crime in Y City is fluctuating and rising,but the rate of solving cases is relatively low,and the crime medium is gradually changing from traditional communication equipment to network.At the same time,the crime of communication network fraud in Y City has the characteristics of concealment of crime mode,youth of crime members and centralization of household registration of crime members.At present,Y City has taken measures to prevent and control the crime of communication network fraud,such as increasing the publicity of anti communication network fraud,setting up anti communication network fraud center,setting up anti communication network fraud crime task force,etc.,so as to improve the coverage and accuracy of anti fraud publicity,recover part of the damaged funds,and at the same time,break many major cases.However,there are still some problems in the prevention and control of communication network fraud in Y City,such as the lack of pertinence of anti fraud propaganda,the unsatisfactory effect of damage compensation,and the long period of case investigation.The author believes that the main reasons for the poor effectiveness of the prevention and control of communication network fraud in Y City are the weak anti fraud propaganda organization,the inefficient operation of the anti fraud center and the weak integration of the anti fraud center.In this regard,the authocombines the relevant theories of public management with the typical practices and experience of relevant cities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the effective prevention and control of communication network fraud crime in Y City by means of social grid governance mechanism,increasing anti fraud publicity,building a collaborative governance platform,improving the operation efficiency of anti fraud center,strengthening team building,and multi local cooperation Information network fraud crime prevention and control to provide reference.
