Study On The Police Pressure Management Of Compulsory Isolation And Rehabilitation Center In Jiangsu Province

Drugs have now become the greatest hidden danger to human life.It has caused countless families to invade their homes,become fragmented,induce various illegal and criminal activities,and disrupt social order.Since the Opium War,the Chinese people have never stopped the war against drugs.At present,for drug users,China mainly has three modes:compulsory isolation,community detoxification,and local detoxification.The most severe and thorough is compulsory isolation..As a brand-new institution evolved from the reeducation through labor system,the compulsory isolation detoxification institution has undertaken the tasks of management,education,artistic labor,physical rehabilitation,and safety of detoxification places,and has integrated various social responsibilities.The police of the compulsory isolation detoxification center are the direct bearers of these tasks.Their working and living modes are also different from ordinary people.These differences can easily cause them to have various problems and bear excessive occupational pressure.This issue deserves our attention.The ability and level of the public sector’s management of their occupational stress not only affects their recognition of the occupation and their own happiness in life,but also affects the development of the work of compulsory isolation and detoxification.As a police officer of a compulsory quarantine detoxification center in Jiangsu,the author has personally experienced the working life of this group and has similar occupational stress feelings as them,so he can personally understand and carry out research on this basis.The research is divided into six parts:The first part mainly summarizes the background and significance of the research and the current status of relevant domestic and foreign literature research.In the second part,through the compilation of these materials,the related concepts and theoretical foundations needed for research are determined from the perspective of human resources management in the public sector.The third part introduces the current situation of the compulsory isolation detoxification center in Jiangsu Province,and then uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to design the survey questionnaire and obtain the data required for the survey.The fourth part summarizes the current situation of the pressure of the drug treatment center police through the analysis of the above survey data.Based on these current conditions,from the perspective of individuals,organizations,and the environment,it analyzes the factors that cause the pressure and the existence of the pressure management of the forced isolation drug treatment center.insufficient.The fifth part puts forward reasonable opinions and suggestions on solving these problems by using relevant methods of public sector human resource management.The sixth part analyzes the value and limitations of the research,and prospects for further improvement in this field.Based on the author’s own work background,this article deeply understands the occupational stress status of the police in the compulsory isolation detoxification center and the status of stress management in the public sector,the compulsory isolation detoxification center.Carry out research based on the knowledge of public management and human resources management in the public sector,hoping to promote this research to attract the attention of the relevant public sector to this group,to better care for this group,and to promote the better development of drug treatment in China.
