Qingdao has rich experience in the construction of grass-roots organizations.To call the"Laixi experience" of the whole country is to strengthen the leadership core of the village level Party branch.In the new era,to deepen and expand the experience of Laixi,we need to continue to strengthen the guidance and drive of the village level party branch,and how to play the role of the Party branch depends on people,that is,how to play the vanguard and leading role of the party members and cadres.Under the new situation,it is necessary to explore new ways and means to strengthen the education of Party members and cadres,so as to train reliable and top cadres for the rural Party branch.In the national plan for education and training of Party members 2019-2023,it is required to innovate the use of information technology,promote the integration of education and information platform for Party members,improve the learning function,build a more portable and efficient online learning position,and explore an effective way of education and training to adapt to the development trend of information technology and public characteristics."Regulations on cadre education and training" requires "making full use of modern information technology,improving the network training system,and establishing a compatible,open,shared and standardized cadre network training system".It can be seen that the use of information technology to promote the education and training of Party members is the need of social development and has important practical significance.Pingdu City,as the largest county-level city in the province,has a large rural population and a large number of rural Party members.How to strengthen the education and training of rural Party members and cadres and lead the rural development is an important topic.Taking Pingdu City as an example,this paper studies the education of rural Party members and cadres in order to optimize the effectiveness of the education.According to the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the informationization of education and training of Rural Party members and cadres,this paper analyzes the experience and countermeasures of the informationization of education and training of Party members and cadres in China,this paper analyzes the informatization of education and training of Rural Party members and cadres in Pingdu.After analyzing the problems existing in the informationization of education and training for Rural Party members and cadres in Pingdu,such as inadequate infrastructure construction,mismatch between content and demand,inadequate application of informationization means,and imperfect evaluation mechanism of informationization,this paper advances some countermeasures for optimizing the informationization of education and training for Rural Party members and cadres in Pingdu from aspects of doing well the top-level design of the informationization of education and training,scientifically setting up the training contents,innovating and improving the training methods,tamping the informationization training ability,and establishing the informationization effect evaluation mechanism.
