Abduction and trafficking of children is an extremely serious crime.At the same time,abduction and trafficking of children is also a bad social phenomenon that has existed since ancient times.After the reform and opening up,the crime of abducting and trafficking children is frequent in many areas in our country,especially in Shandong,Henan and Sichuan,which not only commits crimes systematically and professionally,but also shows a trend of science and technology.For a long time,in dealing with the crime of trafficking in children,we have basically dealt with it mainly,but neglected the important significance of control.Under this background,the research on public security control of child trafficking has become an important theoretical and practical topic."All men are born free and equal in dignity and rights." This sentence emphasizes that every natural person in society,from birth,should be equal and,in particular,should be guaranteed basic human rights.China’s government,public security organs and other relevant departments have been keeping a high pressure on the crime of child abduction and control,and have made some achievements,but due to the influence of various factors,the phenomenon of child abduction and sale has not been completely cured.L city is located in the economically developed region in the east,and is a famous logistics center with convenient transportation and a large number of floating population.It is one of the main trafficking places for children.The empirical study found that the public security organs in L city have the following problems in the public security control work: first,the prevention work is not in place,specifically,the community police work is not in-depth,the floating population management is not in place,grassroots investigation of suspected abducted children is not thorough;Second,the rescue work of children placement is not ideal;Third,it was not sufficient to turn around afterwards.The main reasons for these problems are: first,insufficient ideological understanding;Second,the police and financial resources are insufficient.Third,the mass mobilization education is insufficient.Fourth,the linkage work is ineffective.Fifth,the application of high-tech means is still insufficient.Sixth,the responsibility is not in place.In view of this,the following countermeasures should be taken:first,to raise ideological awareness;The second is to strengthen the power of control.The third is to improve legal publicity and mobilize the public.Fourth,optimize the anti-trafficking linkage work;Fifth,improve the application of modern science and technology in public security control.Sixth,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities.
