| Youth is like the rising sun,carrying the future of the country and the hope of the nation.For the Communist Party of China to achieve national prosperity and national rejuvenation,it must attach importance to youth.Since the birth of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to and cared about the youth,and has always regarded the development of youth work and the leadership of the youth movement as one of the party’s central tasks.The Yan’an period was one of the most important periods in the historical development of the Communist Party of China.During this period,the youth work of the Party moved forward from groping to maturity and stability.It is also at this time that the work of Chinese youth is completely linked to the rise and fall of the national and national revolutionary cause.It can be said that the youth work of the Party during the Yan’an period played an indelible role in organizing,uniting,and guiding the young people,and winning the wars of resistance against Japan and liberation.The Communist Party of China attached importance to and actively carried out youth work in Yan ’an period mainly for three reasons: giving full play to the role of Young Pioneers and fresh troops;adapting to the situation of Anti-japanese War;and strengthening the construction of the Party and the army.In order to organize,unite and serve the youth and carry out the youth work scientifically and effectively,the party has made a profound reflection on the situation of the anti-japanese war and social contradictions during the Yan ’an period,and has taken the Chinese youth as the research object,adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice and unifying history with reality,a series of effective youth work and youth movements have been carried out,which can be roughly divided into four aspects: establishing and improving youth organizations;Pay attention to the education and training of the youth;pay attention to their needs.During this period,the party has accumulated a lot of rich and valuable historical experience in the process of Youth Work and Youth Movement: Adhering to the Party’s leadership and correct political direction is the premise and foundation of doing youth work well;Youth Work Around the party’s central task is the lifeline of the party’s youth work,training and educating the youth is an important part of the party’s youth work,and satisfying the needs of the youth is the prerequisite of the party’s youth work.The experience of the Youth Work of the party in Yan ’an period has important enlightenment to the Youth Work of the Party in the new era: the Youth Work in the new era must unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Party;We must consistently and effectively meet the needs of young people.Youth is a complex social group,and youth work is also a complex and systematic work,which needs the party and the country to always pay attention to it.Especially in the new era,with the acceleration of social development and the diversity of social ideological trends,the Communist Party of China is facing new challenges and opportunities in its youth work,therefore,it is necessary for the party to carry out youth work in a more reasonable,scientific,more rigorous and thorough way in line with the requirements of the Times. |
