Research On The Practice And Historical Experience Of Youth Work Of The Communist Party Of China In Yan’an Period

Youth are the most energetic and energetic group at the forefront of the times.Because of this,the CPC has been paying attention to youth and youth work since its birth,and has listed youth work as one of its most important tasks.The CPC’s youth work thought and practice gradually became mature in the Yan’an period,which was also the period when its youth work had the richest connotation and the most diverse forms.Especially in the period of the all-around war of resistance against Japan,the domestic contradictions and the Revolutionary situation were complicated.The CPC bravely shouldered the heavy responsibility of the war of resistance against Japan and saving the nation from extinction,organized and led patriotic revolutionary youth to participate in the great national salvation movement,played an irreplaceable role in the specific practice of the revolutionary struggle,and accumulated very valuable experience.This paper selects the Yan’an period as the historical background,takes the youth work practice of the CPC as the research object,uses the literature research method and analysis and induction method,and focuses on the practice and historical experience of youth work,mainly from the social conditions,guidelines and organizational construction,main contents,historical characteristics,experience and enlightenment of the youth work practice of the CPC in the Yan’an period.The first part is an introduction,which will elaborate on the research background,significance,and current research status at home and abroad of this paper in detail;The second part is the social conditions of the youth work practice of the CPC in Yan’an period.The CPC’s youth work is based on the Marxist concept of youth,conforms to the needs of the ever-changing situation of the War of Resistance against Japan and the awakening of the national salvation consciousness of young people,and gradually starts the youth work practice in Yan’an period in combination with the experience and lessons of the youth work practice in the early days of the founding of the Party;The third part is the guidelines and organizational construction of the CPC youth work in Yan’an period.By carefully sorting out the policy documents on youth work issued by the CPC,this paper elaborates the guidelines,routes,methods and organizational structure construction of the CPC’s youth work;The fourth part is the specific content of the youth work practice of the CPC in the Yan’an period.Discuss the revolutionary practice activities of youth work carried out by the CPC in this period,and summarize its characteristics and achievements;The fifth part is the historical experience and enlightenment of the youth work practice of the CPC in the Yan’an period.
