Research On The Work Pressure Of Poverty Alleviation Cadres In The Context Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Resolutely winning the fight against poverty is an important strategy for China to achieve the "Two Hundred Years" goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is an important means for China to further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It is also a solemn commitment made by our party to the people of the country.Since the implementation of the National Precision Poverty Alleviation Policy in 2015,China has maintained an annual reduction of 10 million in poverty.The incidence of poverty has continued to decrease,and it has been effectively controlled.The achievements in poverty alleviation have attracted worldwide attention.The outstanding achievements embody the hard work of millions of grassroots poverty alleviation cadres across the country.At the time of the end of the poverty alleviation campaign,in this final sprint stage,the work effectiveness of the poverty alleviation cadres directly affects whether the precision poverty alleviation work can be successfully completed on schedule,and its work effect is directly linked to factors such as occupational pressure.Qinba mountainous Area,as one of the 14 concentrated and contiguous poverty-stricken areas designated by China,is the main battlefield of China’s current poverty alleviation work.In this context,this article attempts to use the working pressure of poverty alleviation cadres as an entry point to explore the problems in the logic of action behind precise poverty alleviation,and reveals that by measuring and analyzing the occupational pressure of poverty alleviation cadres in the Qinba mountainous region,it sorts out the work stress The main reason is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the working pressures of poverty alleviation cadres on the basis of summary analysis,so as to promote their better implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policies and help build a well-off society in an all-round way.Specifically,the OSI Occupational Stress Scale was used to conduct surveys of frontline poverty alleviation cadres in the Qinba mountainous area of Shaanxi Province,and concluded that the current pressure of poverty alleviation cadres is generally greater.Subsequently,combined with semi-structured interviews,the causes of working pressure for poverty alleviation cadres are summarized,which are mainly manifested in internal and external factors.The internal factors mainly include the unilateral knowledge system of poverty alleviation cadres,the cultural differences between poverty alleviation cadres andpoor villages,the social interaction capabilities of poverty alleviation cadres,and the social capital owned by poverty alleviation cadres.External reasons include the intensity of poverty alleviation work.And difficulties,conflicts in roles of poverty alleviation cadres,conflicts in matching powers and responsibilities,insufficient professional reputation,poor geographical environment in poor areas,and unreasonable organizational systems.Finally,based on the analysis of the above reasons,it is proposed to strengthen the care for the poverty-stricken cadres based on the national policy system;to take the social environment as the field to create a good social trend of respecting the poverty-stricken cadres;and to take the major news media as the front line for poverty alleviation.Establish a good image for cadres to help;Establish a scientific evaluation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism based on the local government;build a good support system based on poverty alleviation cadres and families;use a third-party psychological counseling team as a resource to intervene in the work pressure of poverty alleviation cadres Management;countermeasures and suggestions based on poverty alleviation cadres themselves to improve their ability and quality.
