Research On Related Issues Of Poverty Alleviation And Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

The fight against poverty is a historic project and a solemn promise made by the Communist Party of China to the people.Now,the fight against poverty has entered a crucial stage of decisive victory."Poverty Alleviation and Aspirations",as the top priority of "precise poverty alleviation",is an important part of my country’s poverty alleviation work.In the new era and new journey,facing the imminent step into a well-off society and vigorously implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the poverty alleviation work also has new requirements and goals.County C is located in the northeastern part of City C.It has successively been awarded as "China’s Eco-climate Pearl","Best Green Ecotourism County in Greater China","Hometown of Natural Selenium-rich Agricultural Products in China","Hometown of Chinese Green Ecological Chestnut",Honorary titles such as "Hometown of Chinese Bees" and "National Forest Tourism Demonstration County".Although County C is so rich in resources,due to the long-term constraints of traffic bottlenecks,deep historical debt and poor development foundation,in addition to its location in the high-cold and deep rocky mountain area,the land is barren,there is no land,mountains but no land,and the regional development is relatively backward."Old,frontier,mountain,and poor" are integrated,and it is a state-level impoverished county.The reason for poverty is that geographical location,transportation conditions,and infrastructure are certainly important causes of poverty,but spiritual poverty is more worrying than material poverty.According to the author’s sample survey results,66.4% of the poor households in County C are directly or indirectly impoverished due to mental poverty.To get rid of poverty,we must not only make up for material shortcomings,but also make up for spiritual shortcomings.This article takes the poverty alleviation work in the national poverty-stricken county C as the research object,and is guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Through literature review,field surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods,the current poverty alleviation work in county C is studied.The existence of material poverty alleviation in light of poverty alleviation,emphasis on government leadership and light on the main body of farmers,emphasis on hardware construction and light on organization activities,emphasis on form of publicity and light on actual implementation,emphasis on arrangement and deployment,light on supervision and assessment,conflicts between poor households and non-poor households,poverty There are a series of problems such as serious intergenerational transmission of the population,insufficient endogenous motivation of ideological concepts,and serious stereotypes and bad habits.The main reason for the problems is that the current and long-term relationship between poverty alleviation work and the Handle the relationship between poverty alleviation and material poverty alleviation,the spiritual poverty caused by material poverty,the lack of basic cultural education,and the weakening of ideological and political work.It is proposed to strengthen ideological and political construction,vigorously develop cultural education,and build a poverty alleviation mechanism.Promote poverty alleviation work by changing customs activities,strengthening skills training to stabilize employment,and strengthening the role of advanced models and demonstrations.Finally,it is concluded that poverty alleviation work is a long-term work,which must be sustained for a long time.At the same time,poverty alleviation must be combined with material construction,and the two must promote mutual development.The finishing touches are of considerable reference value for stabilizing the results of poverty alleviation and preventing the return of poverty,and for the promotion of rural revitalization strategies.
